Schon der erste Absatz entspricht in keinster Weise der Wahrheit. Der Informationsgehalt für die Anleger ist dermaßen dürftig, dass hier niemand mehr weiß, was Stand der Dinge ist, ob und vor allem was noch gearbeitet wird:

wird das die nächste peinliche Aktion von AXI. Nach drei Wochen konnte das PP immer noch nicht geschlossen werden. Erinnerungen werden wach...das letzte größere PP konnte ebenfalls nich voll platziert werden. Manche lernen...manche nicht, aber ist der Ruf erst einmal ruiniert...

Ich denke wir können festhalten, dass nichts auf dieser Ebene geschehen ist, außer dieser News über das angebliche Tuktu DSO Potenzial, vom August diesen Jahres. Ich gehe davon aus, dass bisher keinerlei Genehmigungen seitens der Behörden vorliegen, würde sogar annehmen, dass diesbezüglich noch nichts beantragt wurde. Denn weder bei N.I.R.B. Ist darüber etwas zu lesen, noch gab es eine meldung von AXI an die Anleger, diesbezüglich:

dass es erneut Probleme bereitet das PP zu schließen. Erneut kein gutes Zeichen, dass keine Investoren die Aktien so solch tiefen Kursen möchten.

Ich frage mich wirklich, für was diese Haywood Bude überhaupt da ist, außer um Aktien abzugreifen. Da dass PP nach einem monat noch nicht geschlossen wurde und noch nicht einmal eine 1. Tranche gemeldet wurde, wie es üblich ist in diesem Sektor, liegt der Verdacht nahe, dass im Vorfeld keinerlei Abnehmer vorhanden waren. Sehr ungewöhnlich, wenn man solch ein großes PP begeben will.
So bleibt lediglich eine weitere Peinlichkeit eines PP, welches zwar angekündigt, aber scheinbar nicht geschlossen werden kann. Das gleiche Spiel wie in 2012. Aber die Zeit ist vorbei...die Gebühr an RocheBay PLC ist fällig. Ebenfalls bleibt, dass die Anleger von AXI keinerlei Informationen bekommen, ob und wie es überhaupt mit XDIP weiter geht.

das 56 Millionen Aktien PP schließen und verwässern munter weiter. Da man die Bedingungen zu AXI's Ungunsten verändern musste zeigt, dass das PP nicht geschlossen werden kann und man das Geld für die ursprüngliche Vereinbarung nicht hat.
Und natürlich weiterhin kein Wort zu den Anlegern bezüglich XDIP. Ich bleibe bei meiner Meinung...XDIP will nicht mehr und die Anleger werden darüber nicht informiert.

Natürlich der geplanten 28 Millionen Aktien. Ich hatte die Warrants mitgerechnet.
dass das MM hier schon wieder kräftig zugelangt hat, dürfte nun interessant werden, wer diese 10 Millionen Aktien gezeichnet hat.
Scheinbar sind ja nur noch wir hier geblieben. Ich wünsche dir ein besinnliches weihnachtsfest und frohe Feiertage.

Warum sollten sie das tun? Die Chinesen halten sich ja nicht mal an die getroffene Tuktu Vereinbarung, nach der sie in diesem Jahr weitere 5 Millionen Cad hätten zahlen sollen, um Tuktu2 weiter voran zu treiben. Genauso wenig, wie sie sich an die. RochBay vereinabrung gehalten haben.

ob sich dieses MM wenigstens dazu herab lässt, die Anleger mit einem Jahresendbrief auf den aktuellen Stand der Dinge, mit XDIP zu bringen. Allein mir fehlt der Glaube!
auch im neuen Jahr Bestand hat, hier die heutige Mitteilung von XDIP, über die Verwendung des riesigen PP, welches sie kürzlich gemacht haben. Das Geld soll wohl für zwei Bauvorhaben eingesetzt werden. Ich bin mir sicher, da ist auch AXI mit eingeplant, hahaha:
