Shares of Trimble Navigation are posting a 10.2% gain today. The $474 mln market-cap company makes 'positioning' products enabled by Global Positioning System (GPS), optical, laser and wireless communications technology. The shares have broken to a new six-month high today behind well received Q4 guidance (see 6:49 ET comment). Ahead of that guidance, TRMB was projected to earn $0.64 this yr (p/e 25.1) and EPS was projected to grow 53% next yr to $0.98 (p/e 16.2).
