Ich bin am Sonntag bei meinen Eltern hängengeblieben, die Muttertagsfeier war sehr nett,
so dass ich Sonntag unerwartet nicht mehr an den Rechner gekommen bin.
Jetzt komm ich grad von der Arbeit.
Ich weiss nur, dass ich bei ACET, AGAM, FLML, PRCP, UBET, XOMA das SL hochziehen wollte.
FARO, GVHR, DOCC, MBRS, WFR fliegen raus.
Dafür möchte ich einen grössere Zockposition WFHC kaufen, den Rest in Cash. Ich bin einfach noch nicht wieder auf dem Laufenden um andere Dinge zu kaufen, leider.
Hoffentlich habe ich bald wieder einen umfassenden Überblick.
Die Tabelle dazu kommt heute im Laufe des Tages.

Die letzten 14 Tage von WFHC, Bodenbildung war abgeschlossen meiner Meinung nach um 0,95.

nur meine SL stimmen nicht.Wahrscheinlich liegts an Deiner Tabelle,dass immer 10%SL angegeben werden,damit kann ich aber nicht die Sl nach oben anpassen,um Gewinne zu sichern.Z.B hatte ich IGLD zu 4.80 gekauft und diese Woche ein SL bei 5.50 gesetzt,nachdem IGLD bis auf 5.86 gelaufen war.Wenn Du nun 10%von 5,86 als SL ansetzt,sind die Gewinne fast flöten.Wir sollten das am Wochenende nochmals diskutieren.
Deine WFHC schaue ich mir mal an.Was sagst Du zu KANA?Ich glaube,die laufen bis 9,-- oder 10,--.Haben heute eine Aufstufung erhalten.

Syracuse, N.Y.-Based Parent of Ohio Grocer Delays Report to Renegotiate Credit  


May 06, 2003 (The Columbus Dispatch - Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News via
COMTEX) -- Penn Traffic Co., the parent company of the Big Bear grocery chain,
is negotiating with lenders in an effort to avoid defaulting on debt.

The firm, based in Syracuse, N.Y., said yesterday that it is delaying filing its
annual report for 15 days while it talks with creditors to renegotiate its $320
million revolving line of credit.

The company said the future of Big Bear is not in jeopardy.

"For Big Bear and the rest of Penn Traffic's stores, it's business as usual,"
spokesman Marc Jampole said. "There is no change in operations."

But the announcement prompted Standard & Poor's yesterday to lower its credit
rating on Penn Traffic.

The company said that if it had filed its annual report on Friday, it likely
would have included an opinion from auditors questioning the company's ability
to continue in business.

Jampole said the company plans to file its annual report this week.

In a deal struck Friday, the company was allowed to borrow up to $50 million
under its credit lines through May 9, Jampole said.

"The fact that the bank group has granted Penn Traffic this waiver and we have
the ability to borrow $50 million reflects the long-term, good working
relationship that Penn Traffic has with its lenders," he said.

Penn Traffic -- which four years ago was in bankruptcy protection -- had lost
$5.7 million through its fiscal third quarter.

The company recently laid off 34 full-time employees at its Southern Ohio and
West Virginia Big Bear stores. In addition, the company has eliminated 63
administrative positions throughout the corporation, Jampole said.

Big Bear employs 6,200 workers in 67 stores, 35 of which are in the Columbus
area.

"It's no secret that the nation's economy is suffering, spending is down and
there is increased competition from nontraditional places to buy food like
warehouse clubs and supercenters," Jampole said.

"At the same time, food prices have dropped or remain the same, so there's
little or no food inflation, plus health-care benefits, pension and insurance
costs have all increased."

While Big Bear is the No. 2 grocery store in Columbus, the gap between it and
area leader Kroger is wide. Kroger controls 40 percent of the supermarket
business in central Ohio to Big Bear's 16 percent, according to Scarborough
Research data.

Meijer is a close third with 15 percent market share, followed by Wal-Mart at 7
percent, Aldi at 5 percent and Giant Eagle at 2 percent.

Ungarische Telefonfirma mit einem P/E von 6!

HTC habe ich in der WL, ich baue jeden Share auf ATH automatisch in die WL ein, das
gehört schlicht zu meiner Arbeitsweise.
Über HTC hat aber noch keiner geschrieben glaube ich.
Gute Wahl Doc, nur Deine Chart-Auswahl über 6 Monate für RMHT ist ein wenig unglücklich. Wenn Du stattdessen den Jahreschart eingefügt hättest, wäre die Unterstützung bei 4 Dollar und der Turnaround den Du ansprichst besser rausgekommen. Dein 6 Monatschart beginnt bei 12 Dollar, der Jahreschart ist aufschlussreicher und zeigt die Unterstützung bei 4 Dollar etwas besser.
Ich hau deshalb mal den Jahreschart von RMHT drüber, scheisse, bin ich altklug.

kleine Anmerkung, die Stückzahl bei BAXS stimmt nicht überein, ich wollte 2676 Stück, hast mir nur 2500 ins Depot gelegt.

von ETS nach der 19 KW in meiner Tabelle.
Nach der 19 KW taucht ETS noch mit 3,05 mit 2490 Stücken auf, macht 7594,50.
In der Eröffnung 20 KW 2490 Stücke mit 2,55, macht 6349,50.
Die Differenz von 1245 Dollar hab ich Dir bei BAXS abgezogen, damit der Gesamtwert von
81300 Dollar nach Ende der 19 KW wieder in der Eröffnung 20 KW auftaucht und Deine 103% Gesamtgewinn unverändert geblieben sind nach Ende der 19KW.
Das war vermutlich falsch gedacht von mir und unkonventionell bis unzulässig gelöst, ich war mit ETS auch durcheinander gekommen, hatte ich Dir geschrieben.
Bitte verbuch das unter Urlaubsdurcheinander und lass es gnädigerweise so stehen.
Nach dieser Woche kommt das nicht mehr vor und freu  Dich an REDF unter anderem, meine Güte, zu REDF habe ich unter "Indien-Böller" geschrieben, dass das Kursfeuerwerk bei 2 Dollar vorbei ist. Doc meinte auch damals, REDF hats gerissen, wegen der Weigerung, Quartalszahlen zu veröffentlichen. Nur Du bist seit 3,20 wieder drin und warst damit einfach schlauer.
Das ist überhaupt noch verbesserungswürdig in meiner Tabelle, die Prozentzahlen seit Aufnahme des jeweiligen Spielers wären schon imposant, dann wäre leichter nachzuvollziehen, woher die Gesamtprozente kommen.
Du hast REDF zu 3,20 das erste Mal aufgenommen und immer SL nachgezogen, Gewinne soll man laufen lassen.
Aussenstehende sehen das nicht, is nen bisschen schade.

Kein Wunder, Netzwerker sind wieder stark gefragt.
Lehmann Bros. heben ihr Rating für Chamber`s Big- Player Cisco mit KZ 19-20 Dollar an.
Der konservative Chambers "könnte" demnächst auf mehreren Veranstaltungen positive Aussagen zur Netzwersparte für`s Gj.03 und sogar weitergehede Hoffnung für 04 verkünden.
Der Jahresanfang 03 deute dies jedenfalls an, so die Analysten von Lehmann.
Datt beflügelt(e) somit die gesamte Branche.
Juniper,ETS, Foundry, Sonus u.s.w. lieferten dazu noch entsprechende Zahlen.
Da will sich nun auch eine EXTR nicht lumpen lassen.
Die nächsten Tage werden aber sicherlich über die weitere Kursentwicklung entscheidend sein.
Charttechnisch laufen die Indices an wichtige Marken ran!

Die kaufen nämlich von Alcatel/Corning die Sparte (optische Komponenten) und bezahlen in Aktien!
Nach dieser Übernahme sind Alcatel mit 28% und Corning mit 17% große Anteilseigner bei AVANEX!
Die besitzen nach diesem Deal noch 250 Mio. Dollar Cash und haben dann 1600 Mitarbeiter.
Schon am Freitag wurde darüber in USA heiss gemunkelt.
Gestern nachbörslich die Bestätigung!
AVNX zogen deutlich an.
Ma gucken, watt heute nu an Prozenten möglich ist.

SAN DIEGO, May 13, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Women First HealthCare Inc. (WFHC) , a specialty pharmaceutical company, today announced that it has received $2.5 million of new capital through a private placement of its common stock and has completed agreements to obtain waivers of past defaults and restructure the terms of both its $28.0 million principal amount of senior secured notes and convertible redeemable preferred stock issued to finance the company's acquisition of Vaniqa(R) Cream.

The private placement investors, led by Edward F. Calesa, chairman, president and CEO, purchased unregistered shares of the company's common stock at a price of $0.71 per share, the average price from March 20, 2003 through April 24, 2003, the trading day prior to the date initially targeted for closing the restructuring and the private placement.

The restructured agreements entered into with the holders of the senior secured notes and preferred stock provide for the following:

    --   The financial covenants governing the senior secured notes
        include requirements for minimum cash revenue, maximum cash
        expenditures and minimum cash balances through Dec. 31, 2004.
        Beginning in 2005, the company will be subject to financial
        covenants setting a maximum ratio of debt to earnings before
        interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization and minimum
        cash interest coverage.

    --   In addition to the Vaniqa(R) Cream assets that the company
        already pledged to secure its performance under the senior
        secured notes, the company granted the note holders an
        additional security interest in all of its other unencumbered
        assets, other than Esclim(TM).

    --   The company granted the note holders warrants to purchase 2.0
        million shares of common stock at $0.63 per share. Warrants to
        purchase 1.7 million shares of the company's common stock at
        $5.50 previously issued to the note holders have been
        canceled.

    --   Proceeds from future asset sales and the license and sale of
        international rights to Vaniqa(R) Cream, if any, will be
        apportioned among the company, holders of the senior secured
        notes and holders of the convertible preferred stock according
        to a pre-determined formula.

    --   The terms of the convertible redeemable preferred stock have
        been modified to allow the company to redeem the preferred
        stock at 108% of accreted stated value through Nov. 30, 2003,
        at which time the redemption premium will increase based on a
        formula that takes into account the number of shares redeemed
        before Nov. 30, 2003.


Commenting on the agreement, Calesa said, "Today's efforts provide the company with both time and flexibility to implement its basic business model. The infusion of capital from myself and other investors for restricted stock was computed at a price higher than the exercise price of the new warrants issued to the lenders in the restructuring. To further insure my commitment to building shareholder value, I have agreed to reduce my salary by cutting it in half for the balance of this year."

Ich weiss noch aus den vergangenen Wochen, dass er häufig sein Depot nach zwei Spieltagen glattgestellt hat und sich später über seine gekauften, aber nicht realisierten 100% geärgert hat. Das war bei ILA so, bei CGO, etc.
Es war einfach an der Zeit, dass ihm so etwas wie heute mit AVNX gelingt, die Nase im Wind für aussichtsreiche Zocks hat er immer.
Da steckt allerdings jahrelange Erfahrung hinter und beweisen muss er hier sowieso Niemandem mehr etwas.
Sein dritter Platz in Happys Wettbewerb letztes Jahr von 70 Spielern war selbstverständlich auch kein Zufall.
big l., ich finde es übrigens absolut super, dass Du Deine Werte so lange hälst. Bei GSS
z.B. fährst Du Dein Heu bestimmt bald ein. Wenn die mal über 2,34 schliessen, gehst sicherlich ganz schnell bis 4 Dollar, wäre doch gelacht.

IGLD hat vorbörslich Zahlen geliefert,die nicht so toll waren.Denke,die gehen heute rund 20% in die Knie(wie gestern PCNTF).Deshalb mein SL 5.50(ist vor börslich auch Umsatz).

ich habe bei Yahoo-unter den messages bei MIR-zufällig gelesen,dass sich die Vorstände mächtig mit Aktien eingedeckt haben sollen; ca.8.0 Mio Shares. Würde für den Wert sprechen.

Zur Performance-hallo Doc,Grueni und f-h-muss man nicht mehr viel sagen.

Bin auch stolz auf SEAC,diese Woche immerhin 25% up,aber leider ist das mein Wert mit dem geringsten Depotvolumen.

Ich gehe davon aus,dass am Wochenende disponiert werden kann.Ich bin mit IGLD ausgestoppt worden: 1.500 Shares Sl 5.50 (mein SL),so dass ich auf 8.250,-- Cash sitze.

aber MCLD hatte ich so bei 0.55 verkauft(vor 6 Wochen ca.),heute 1.00 Dollar.

Die Regel ist eindeutig. Ein Kauf wird immer mit 10% unter SL abgesichert. Wenn der Share steigt, kann man den SL hochziehen, maximal aber bis 10% unter Schlusskurs Freitag, nicht höher.
Wenn Du also für 10 kaufst, ist Dein SL mindestens 9,10.
Wenn dann in der laufenden Woche der betreffende Share bei 9,20 schliesst, bleibt Dein SL bei 9,10 und Du kannst überlegen ob Du drinbleibst.
Wenn der Share allerdings auf 12 Dollar gestiegen ist, ist Dein SL maximal 10,80, ist eindeutig meine ich.
Leider weiss ich nicht genau wegen meines Urlaubs, wie die Schlussstände von IGLD an den Freitagen waren.
Also, IGLD fliegt für Dich bei 5,50, danach gibts keine Kompromisse mehr, die  Stop-Loss Regel ist jetzt ausreichend erläutert.
Es ist immer wieder nett, nach den vielen alten Shares zu sehen, die der eine oder andere im Depot hatte.
So spontan fällt mir Royal Gold ein, hatte reinyboy glaub ich so bei 13 weggetan oder meine SCHK aus der 4 KW. Macromedia hatte ich bei 12,30 gekauft vorm Urlaub, Deine MCLD, etc...

habe mich bei SEAC um 0.04 Dollar im Schlusskurs vertan,dürfte aber keine Auswirkungen haben.Ansonsten  8 EONC weniger Neukauf.Das gleicht die Differenz von 200 * 0.04 aus.

SAN JOSE, Calif., Jul 16, 2003 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Robotic
Vision Systems, Inc. (RVSI) (NasdaqSC: ROBV) today introduced the DUOFEM
handler, a highly flexible handling solution for its WS-series of bumped wafer
inspection systems. With the ability to handle the full breadth of wafer
formats, as well as wafers on film frames, all in a single, Class 1 clean-room
compliant system, the DUOFEM handler represents a landmark change in wafer
handling flexibility.

"Bumped wafer inspection is not just a 300mm full-wafer format issue," said
Frank Jacovino, Vice President and General Manager, Wafer Products, at RVSI's
Semiconductor Equipment Group in Hauppauge, NY. "We are increasingly finding
that back-end wafer specialty houses, as well as mainstream IDMs, need a
flexible and reliable handler that can accommodate a variety of formats, while
keeping to a compact footprint.

"Especially at the emerging specialty bump houses, there is a requirement for
the flexibility to implement inspection solutions right now for their 200mm
line, while creating and preserving an easy upgrade path for the 300mm wafer
processing that will come in 2004 and beyond," Mr. Jacovino said.

"We have focused on creating a handler that emphasizes speed and flexibility,"
he said. "With the DUOFEM handler, changeover between wafer formats can be
achieved in minutes. In other cases, customers such as foundries and service
companies have the requirement to switch between inspecting whole wafers and
wafers mounted on film frames, which the DUOFEM handler also can accommodate
quickly."

The DUOFEM handler is being incorporated into RVSI's WS-series bumped wafer
inspection systems under a strategic alliance with IDE Integrated Dynamic
Engineering (IDE) of Westwood, Massachusetts. Under the joint agreement, IDE
will support RVSI with automation components to increase the WS-series'
versatility.

The DUOFEM handler is currently available with RVSI's family of automated
inspection and metrology solutions, including the WS-2500, WS-2510, and WS- 3000
systems. Deliveries will begin in August, 2003.
