leider wurde auch bei mir in beiden Teilen der Auszahlung (Dividende + Kapitalrückzahlung) der gleiche Steuersatz (Kapitalertragssteuer + Solidaritätszuschlag) angewandt.
Um eine steuer-neutrale  Auszahlung der Kapitalrückzahlung zu erreichen, benötigen wir diverse Unterlagen von Danakali. In einem Artikel einer Steuerkanzlei wurden diese Anforderungen aufgelistet. Diesen Artikel habe ich Danakali zugeschickt und heute folgende Antwort von Greg MacPherson erhalten:

Es besteht also die Hoffnung, die absurde Besteuerung der Kapitalrückzahlung Rückgängig zu machen.

Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK, Danakali, or the Company) is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors is exploring a range of new liquidity options for shareholders following the $154.7 million distribution from the sale of the Colluli Potash Project.
These include an off-market share buyback and further distribution of the Company’s cash reserves in the
form of a capital return. Any such initiatives would be open to all shareholders and backed by expert
opinion on tax implications.

Danakali warns shareholders on vulture share purchase offers
Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK, Danakali, or the Company) has become aware of unauthorised, predatory activity by parties seeking to acquire Danakali shares off-market at prices far below actual cash backing per share of the Company.
Danakali has received reports of offers as low at one cent per share, which compares to the current cash backing of approximately 10.5 cents per share – or, less than 10% of the underlying cash value of the shares.
Executive Chairman Seamus Cornelius said the current suspension of the Company’s shares from ASX trading was no excuse for the predatory behaviour, where shareholders were being offered less than 10% of the underlying value of their shares.
“It’s not acceptable, we are monitoring it closely and we’re advising shareholders who’ve approached us having received these offers to take professional advice,” said Mr Cornelius.
“From what we can ascertain, most of the activity has originated offshore and potentially beyond the reach of Australian regulators. Any shareholder who has received such an offer should contact Danakali directly.”

Quarterly Report
For the period ended 31 December 2023
Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK, Danakali, or the Company) is pleased to provide this quarterly update
on the activities and financial position of the Company.
Highlights
During the December 2023 quarter, the Company announced the proposed return of 42 cents per
share to shareholders from the sale of the Company’s interest in the Colluli Potash Project (subject
to receipt of relevant shareholder approval).
Following the engagement with the Australian Taxation Office the process of obtaining a final ATO
Ruling was substantially progressed and, on that basis, Danakali confirmed the distribution to
shareholders to comprise approximately:
- a capital return of 27.3 cents per share (subject to shareholder approval); and
- a dividend of 14.7 cents per share.
Shareholder approval for the capital return was received at the Company’s General Meeting held
24 November 2023 (General Meeting).

ATO Class Ruling – Capital Return and Special Dividend
Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK, Danakali, or the Company) advises that the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) has published a Class Ruling (CR 2024/8) in relation to Danakali’s:
- Capital Return of 27.3 cents per share; and
- Special dividend of 14.7 cents per share, as announced on 23 October 2023 and paid on 8 January 2024.
The ATO Class Ruling (Ruling) confirms, amongst other matters, that:
-  On the basis the Special Divided is unfranked and declared to be conduit foreign income:
-  Australian tax resident shareholders will include the Special Dividend as assessable income; and
-  For non-Australian resident Shareholders, the Special Dividend will be non-assessable non-
exempt income (i.e., not included as assessable income) and is not subject to Australian
dividend withholding tax; and
-  No part of the Capital Return will be assessable as a dividend for Australian taxation purposes.

Allein das derzeitige Kapitalvermögen von DANAKALI würde einem Aktienkurs in Höhe von ca. 0,05 Euro pro Aktie entsprechen.
Meine Empfehlung: das Angebot ignorieren - es gehört in die Tonne !

Annual General Meeting Information
Danakali Limited (ASX: DNK, Danakali or the Company) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and clause 64.1(3) of its Constitution, it anticipates that it will hold its next Annual General Meeting (AGM) no later than 31 May 2024.
In addition, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 8 March 2024. Any nominations must be received in writing by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 8 March 2024 at the Company’s registered office.
Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the AGM including the date and time of the AGM in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in due course. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.danakali.com.
