den endlosen niedergang im chart von cce mögen viele bedauern und betrauern
die ursache würde ich mal im unternehmen selbst suchen
und nicht bei den beobachtern, die einfach nur immer wieder die richtige trendprognose abgegeben haben

Du willst doch nicht wirklich meinen, dass die Meldung positiv ist???? Die kriegen mittlerweile nicht mal ein kleines Placement über die Bühne. Warum wundert mich allerdings nicht...

Da kannst du mir noch so viele Schwarze Sterne geben. Wenn CCE kein Placement mehr  durchkriegt, dann kannste deine investierte Kohle abschreiben und der Laden kann dicht machen.

I spoke with the prez of CCE this morning for an update. A large chunk of that total offering has been arranged for an institutional investor that will be confirmed after the deal closes. However, the company wanted to make it available to existing shareholders too in case people felt that big money was getting access to cheap paper that excluded the retail investors who have supported the company for years. To enable the 'existing shareholder' exemption, the TSXV requires the company to commit to the full dollar amount, and they chose to go with $2.5 million to leave the door open for other money to come into the placement.

The full 50 million in shares may not be offered. Its there for anyone that wants in at that price. I have opted to buy a small chunk of it myself. The big part of the offering is going to at least one institution and that in itself is a validation of the project. This is not a flow through deal that will just come right back to market in four months, but a committed buyer that will hold as the company works toward development and production.
