WASHINGTON -(Dow Jones)- AOL Time Warner Inc. (AOL) Chairman Stephen M. Case purchased 1 million common shares in February, according to a Form 4 released Friday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Case purchased the shares in 10 transactions, at prices ranging from $24 to $24.25. Following the transactions, Case owned 11,027,977 shares of AOL, the filing said.
AOL was last trading at $26.71, up $1.26.
