...ich finde deine hypothese interessant. aber woher ziehst du diesen optimismus????

wenn dem so wäre, dann würde ich ohne weiteres zustimmen, dass ihr heute die 0,40 wiederseht.

das wäre aber das best-case-szenario. glaube eher, dass man gnadenlos mit den machenschaften von cataldo aufräumt, sprch seine ganzen verfehlungen auf den tisch bringt, aber u.u versprechen wird, sich in zukunft stärker in das management mit einzubringen. das macht man glaube ich schon dadurch, dass mr. gale jetzt mit am ruder sitzt.

aber: die umsätze wird man dieses jahr nicht mehr beeinflussen können. das problem ist, dass eben auch schon zeit für eine durchdringenden markterfolg verschenkt wurde, da die konkurrenz nicht schläft.

ich denke aber, zumindestens war das eure notbremse, das ihr jetzt kurse unter 0,20 nicht mehr seht...

sollte Marr die kontrolle über caly übernehmen, kann man u.u. bei wirklich realen markterfolgen einmal über einen einstieg nachdenken...

was ich habe reicht für diese position, auch aufgrund der käufe um die 20 cent. es gibt momentan andere kanditaten, wo ich noch aufstocken möchte und bei caly kommt erst wieder was dazu, wenn die langersehnten aufträge vermeldet werden. ;O)

schwelle für ein amexlisting unterschreiten, bis ein delisting erfolgt? ginge caly nicht ein größeres risiko ein, wenn man sich drauf verläßt, das der kurs wieder nachhaltig steigt? steigen würde er auf jeden fall. wenn die von dir angenommene maßnahme verkündet wird, sind sich die führungskräfte caly´s eingenommen marr aber sehr sicher, das was nachfolgt, was den kurs in höheren regionen (also über der notwendigen mk für amex) hält. naja,nur so ne überlegung.

wenn die 16.000.000 $ aus dem stand anders finanziert werden würden. also doch 224.000.000 aktien zukünftig.

der kurs darf somit nicht längerfristig unter 0,223$ fallen, dass ist nämlich dei 50.000.000 schwelle der mk....

aber marr kann sich gut was einfallen lassen, um eine mk von 50.000.000 bei einem jahresumsatz von ca. 3.200.000 zu halten, mal gucken, wie lange die noch geld in die bude pumpen. wehe, wenn sie erkennen, dass der break-even vorerst nicht zu schaffen ist und ihr engagement zurückziehen...

mal gucken, wie lange der cataldo-weg-schub anhält. das ende der fahnenstang dürfte bald erreicht sein. würde mich schon sehr stark wundern, wenn der kurs sich nachhaltig über 30 cent halten würde...

bei meiner zeigt er auch immer falsche umsätze an, bzw. er aktualisert nicht immer. am besten machst du eine zweite liste & wechselt hin und her. so zwingst du das programm zur aktualisierung ;-)

hin oder her, die werden euch doch jetzt schon seit jahren verkauft. ich warne euch davor, der künstlich aufgeblähten mk zu vertrauen, bald nehmen die realisten ihre gewinne mit. es gibt nichts, was eine mk von 224.000.000 x 0,31 = 69.440.000 rechfertigt.

der von dir vorhin überlegte ansatz, dass die neue aktienausgabe zurückgezogen wird, wäre ein grund gewesen aber keine fiktionen über mögliche umsätze in 2005. ich erinnere euch daran, dass ihr schon in 2004 umsätze in höhe von 25.000.000 haben solltet...

seid auf der hut, sonst wird euch wieder das fell über die ohren gezogen...
