Mich wundert wie stark die Aktie ausschlägt bei so geringen Umsätzen.

mal sehn vielleicht geht die reise richtung euro, ist es ein gutes oder schlechtes zeichen wenn sie bei geringen umsätzen so ausschlägt

Ich finds weder gut noch schlecht. Zum einen zeigt es wie spekulativ die Aktie ist. Andererseits hat sie nach unten mittlerweile eine recht solide Unterstützung bei 0,62€. Somit hoffe ich das Buffalo nur spekulativ nach oben geht ;)

Mich würde es auch freun wenn es nur mehr nachoben ginge am besten auf 4 Euro *fg*

Im Zuge der Finanzkrise bekommt Gold mehr Gewicht als sicherer Hafen und der Kaufdruck lässt sich im Augenblick durch die Zentralbanken nicht mehr aufhalten da die meisten zur Zeit andere Sorgen haben bzw. ihr Goldverkaufsvolumen für 2007 schon verkauft haben. Ergo steigt der Goldpreis !

Share Prices
Share prices between 14 May and 30 June 2007 have varied between a low of $0.48 (19
June 2007) and a high of $0.85 (14 May 2007).
The volume weighted average price of the Bondi shares from 14 May to 30 June 2007
was $0.628.
Summary – Share Price History
Based on the above information, we have formed the opinion that the Bondi shares have
a market value of $0.628 per share subsequent to the announcement of the Proposed
Transaction. As Bondi has 32,900,000 ordinary shares on issue, Bondi may be valued at
$20,661,200 subsequent to the announcement of the Proposed Transaction.
11. Control Premium
A control premium represents the difference between the price which would have to be
paid for a share to which a controlling interest attaches and the price at which a share
which does not carry with it control of the company could be acquired.
The control premium represents the increase in the value of the Bondi shareholders
interests in Bondi before and after the Proposed Transaction. In Section 7.7 we valued
Bondi in a range of $12,440,000 to $14,770,000 (mid point $13,605,000) and following
the announcement of the Proposed Transaction we valued Bondi in Section 10 above at
$20,661,200. The difference between the $13,605,000 and the $20,661,200 of
$7,056,200 represents the control premium that Buffalo is effectively paying to acquire
their 43.2% interest in Bondi.


Das bedeutet der BUF Anteil an Bondi wird mit 43,2% von $20,661,200 = 8,926 Mio$ bewertet.

The Furtei processing plant was built in 1995-1996, and has a maximum annual capacity of 400,000 tonnes of ore. The Furtei mine produced 135,000 ounces of gold between 1996 and 2002 from oxide resource, after which the processing plant was converted from an oxide heap leach to a sulphide flotation plant.

The Furtei plant was re-commissioned for a marginal cost in the fourth quarter of 2006. The first new gold bar was poured in March 2007 to launch a near-term production plan based on processing the upgraded ore from the residual heap leach pad at the site. While the current production is relatively small-scale, based on metallurgical test work, internal studies and results to date the mine plan is now targeting to commence annual production of 15,000 -- 20,000 ounces of gold from the Sa Perrima gold zone within the next 3 months. The plan then includes ramping up production from the Su Coru underground zone, which is a gold-copper hosted mineralization, to produce between 60,000 -- 70,000 ounces of gold equivalent in its second year, before levelling off to approximately 50,000 ounces of gold equivalent per year for a minimum of five years.

In addition to the known mineralized zones at Furtei, there are a series of high priority gold exploration targets within the mine area, as well as at the Monte Ollasteddue and Osilo properties.

(Note: A feasibility study has not been completed on the Furtei project and there is no certainty that the projected production rates will be achieved, or that the proposed operations will be economically viable.)

Sargold will be amalgamated with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Buffalo, and shareholders of Sargold will receive one common share, common share purchase warrant or option of Buffalo in exchange for each 3.5 Sargold common shares, common share purchase warrants or options which they hold immediately prior to the date of the effective date of the Transaction, expected to be October 30, 2007. Following completion of the Transaction, Sargold shareholders will hold an approximate 25% equity ownership in the merged company.

According to the plan of arrangement approved by the Board of Buffalo Gold on October 25th, there are approximately 75,600,000 common shares of Sargold to be converted to Buffalo Gold shares. Buffalo will therefore issue approximately 22 million common shares to the Sargold shareholders. An aggregate of 67,435,643 Buffalo common shares are issued and outstanding as at the date of this news release.

Wie die in München (auf der Rohstoffmesse) Anwesenden gemerkt haben, hatte ich BUF massiv unterstützt und auch den Vortrag selbst gehalten (zusammen mit Brian McEwen).

Sehr interessant finde ich den Kursverlauf von letzten Freitag in Kanada, da gingen im vergleich zu den letzten Wochen und Monaten wieder viele Pakete über den Tisch.

Was haltet ihr von dem Wert?
Ich bin auch gern für negative Sachen offen ;-)

Wenn das PP vorbei ist sehen wir wieder höhere Kurse.

Bei den Resourcen ist BUF total unterbewertet.
