DISH Network Agrees to Acquire Blockbuster Assets

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., April 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- DISH Network Corporation announced that it was selected as the winning bidder in the bankruptcy court auction for substantially all of the assets of Blockbuster, Inc. DISH Network's winning bid was valued at approximately $320 million. After certain adjustments are made at closing of the transaction, including adjustments for available cash and inventory, DISH Network expects to pay approximately $228 million in cash to acquire Blockbuster at the closing which is expected to occur in the second quarter of 2011.

Das könnte doch eine der bedinungen sein ,die aktien nicht auszubuchen wir sind ja noch inchapter 11 und nicht 7

leute das hört sich sehr gut an! und mit chapter 11 wird es für uns auch weiter gehen. mal sehen wie positiv die amis diese news auffassen.

in deutschland wäre die hölle los! aber wir sind da auch etwas risikofreudiger :-)

Mit dem kaufen würde ich warten was usa macht

der autkion hätte - bis auf die gebote - nicht besser laufen können. stellt euch mal vor es wären die 2 liquidatoren zum zuge gekommen..die hätten den laden eingestampt und unsere shares würden als möglicher mantel rumschwirren.

die aussichten die wir jetzt haben sind doch optimal. wie schnelle sich die stimmung drehen kann...

jetzt gehts einem gleich wieder besser, und lieber etwas warten als alles verlieren. hauptsache war eigentlich das die den Laden nicht zerstückeln und wir stehen im Regen. so ist die Ausrichtung 100 mal besser. Die werden das auch so schnell wie möglich wieder ankurbeln weil es sonst auch nur Kohle kostet, bleibe voll dabei und lege nach

wir nicht von den kursen in amiland abhängig, würde das teil mit dieser news bei uns durch die decke gehen...nun gut mal sehen, was drüben passiert. aber ich glaube günstiger als jetzt kommt man nicht rein (mM)
