Billigste Goldaktie !

Das 2009er-KGV von ATW Gold ist mittlerweile bei weniger als 2.
Wer auf der Suche nach einer günstigen Goldaktie ist, der ist hier GOLD richtig!

30% in nur 4 Wochen und das ist erst der Anfang.
Ich weiß ja nicht warum diese Aktie uninteressant sein soll?

Ich war gerade auf der Homepage, konnte aber nichts darüber finden, dass die Mine bereits in Produktion ist.
Aus dieser Sicht lässt sich kein KGV ermitteln. Ohne Umsatz kein Gewinn.
Die Mine sollte bereits in 2008 in Betrieb gehen?

Der Produktionsbeginn auf Burnakura ist für den 1. März vorgesehen.
Fördern will man dort Anfangs 35000 oz pro Jahr und dann mal schauen
wohin die Reise geht.

Diese Aktie bietet ein enormes Potential und ist für jeden
koservativen Anleger ein muß. Man kann hier nichts falsch machen.
Erstes Kursziel ist bei 0,50€ und ich werde hier unter 1€ nicht verkaufen.
Gold wird immer weiter steigen und wir werden hier bald die 1000$
wieder sehen. Das wird auf ATW wie ein Hebel wirken.

So schnell kann es gehen.
Erste Zwischenziel von 0,50cent ist erreicht.

Habe ich ja gesagt wirkt wie ein Hebel der Goldpreis.

hatten sehr schöne gewinne im hoch fast 180% gewinn
und sind jetzt wieder beim einstiegskurs angekommen.
haben top kaufkurse und langfristig kann man hier nichts falsch machen.
mit etwas glück bekommt man sie noch für 0,20€
kursziel sind mal wieder die 0,50€ und dann gehts hoch.

deine antwort klinkt ja schon mal überzeugend.
ich bin laie und frag mich halt einfach, aus welchen gründen die ausgesetzt waren.

also meines erachtens sollte man hier zuschlagen. zu 0,13 bekommt man hier bald nix mehr. der kurs wird sich verdoppeln, ganz sicher. oder was denkt ihr?

scheint mein Ausstieg bei 0,44 Gold richtig gewesen zu sein, baue jetzt neu auf bis max 30T einst ca-0,13 bis 0,15 nach meiner info laut ATW G Produktion Mitte bis ende 2010 Förderleistung bis zu 80.000T Goldunzen,
hier ist mehr als eine oder zwei Verdoppelungen möglich  nicht nur meine Meinung.

an ihrer zweiten Explorationsstelle Red Kite auf eine schwierige Gesteinsformation getroffen,
die einen Produktionsbeginn ins Ungewisse verschiebt.

bin nun mit einer kleinen Posi dabei, der Boden scheint gefunden, Abverkaufsdruck ist weg, es wird wieder aufwärts gehen - demnächst 0,20€!!!

die AMIS haben vor dem Jahreswechsel hier ordentlich verkauft um Verluste zu machen. Jetzt werden die hier alle wieder nachkaufen, das hat man ja gestern bereits gesehen. Meines Erachtens werden wir hier noch viel Freude haben, dieses Jahr sollten wir locker verdoppeln. Noch jemand meiner Meinung?

das scheint bei dieser aktie normal zu sein!
erst zieht sie ordentlich an bis in den bereich von 0,15€/0,16€ und dann fällt sie wieder bis 0,10€/0,11€, wo man dann immer schön einsteigen kann:)
die große frage ist nur, wie lange dieses schauspiel noch läuft, sprich wann die aktie bereit ist,, ihre obere grenze zu durchstoßen?!
dies sollte aber meiner meinung nach in den nächsten 6 monaten zu erwarten sein!

Mio Stücke gestern in Toronto gehandelt, plus die 3,170,000 Stücke in Deutschland.

Anzahl aller Shares ca. 90 Mio.

Da wurden gestern also ca. 8,1% aller verfügbaren Shares gehandelt.

WARUM? Das geschieht ja nicht einfach so!

vor 1 jahr fast mit 200% gewinn verkauft bei 0,50€.
und habe freitag schön bei 0,08€ gekauft.
so wie es aussieht gehts erstmal aufwärts.
die reise kann erneut los gehen.
200% sind diesmal locker drinne.

sieht ja nicht so gut aus - wer soll dir glauben, dass du wirklich atw gekauft hast - noch dazu am tiefpunkt :-)

...ich Warte noch ein bisschen.

10% in 1 Monat ist ein bisschen Schlapp.

im investor depot kann man keine atw zu 0,08 aufnehmen.
und habe es leider verpasst im trader depot sie aufzunehmen.
dafür ging alles zu schnell.
aber kann dir gerne meine abrechnug wenn ich sie erhalten habe
schicken wenn du mir nicht glaubst.
und die spieledepots sind für mich nur spaß. wenn ich mal lust und
zeit habe kümmere ich mich drum.und wenn totalverlust auch egal.
staune das atw so deutlich heute nochmals steigt.
kann ja dann schnell richtung 0,20€ gehen.
ich hab zeit und deshalb gewinne laufen lassen.
und mit etwas glück sehen wir die 0,50€ irgendwann auch wieder, irgendwann.

so überraschend, erst massive Verkäufe vom Vorstand wegen Steuerschulden,dann Umschichten von ein (M-Invest ) von Breakewater in ATW und schon siehe da ,aber die 0,50c werden wir dieses Jahr nicht sehen,spätestens Freitag in zwei Wochen sehen wir wieder die 0,12c

...Can ist bei Bid 0,205Can$/Ask 0,21  und 1,7 Mio Stückchen.

Harris und Co Ihre Einkäufe von 2Mill Aktien am  Freitag und am gestrigen Tage getätigt haben soll in den nächsten Wochen eine Pressemitteilung über die Weiterentwicklung bei ATW erscheinen. Da ja Harris und Co in den letzten Wochen den Preis nach unten prügelten mit Ihren Verkaufen von  ca 1,5 Mill Ak und mit der Tatsache des wieder Einstig,s des Vorstandes können es Eigentlich nur gute Nachrichten sein ?.

das hat sich für mich so fantastisch angehört, du hast ja den idealfall erreicht - aber ich glaub es dir mal. ich persönlich hab die empfehlung ATW meines börsenbriefes (per email) aus versehen gelöscht / verpennt. da wurde nach dem ausverkauf bei 0,075 die kaufempfehlung gegeben. bei 0,10 wurde ein einstieg nicht mehr empfohlen - schade im nachinein, dass ich nicht doch verbilligt habe, bin schon länger seit 0,19 dabei :-(( - ich glaube (glauben ist nicht wissen) ATW ist aussichtsreich mit ziel 0,30 bis ende 2010.

ich hatte auch schon bei 0,25€ gekauft und bei 0,15€ verkauft.
und habe dann in rio alto umgeschichtet was vom timing super war.
denke auch das 0,25€ bis jahresende bei atw drinne sind.
und wenn sie wirklich mal produzieren dann deutlich mehr.
heute sehen wir die ersten gewinnmitnahmen, aber ist
auch gesund bei diesen anstieg.

gewinnitnahmen: somit könnte ich dann doch noch eine chance für den einstieg bekommen: bitte um deine persönliche prognose, wie weit die gewinnmitnahmen ATW drücken werden!

ich denke das es nicht unter 0,12€ geht im ask.
wenn es doch noch drunter geht bin ich auch nochmal dabei.
aber hier werden noch einige zu greifen bei kursen um 0,12€.
wenn dann die eine gute news kommt kann es schnell viel
viel höher gehen und alle die nicht dabei sind schauen hinterher
oder steigen dann zu viel höheren kursen ein.
und laut atw soll es ja bald news geben. hoffe positiv.
stell dir nur vor sie nehmen die produktion der Gullewa-Mine wieder auf.
dann haben wir jetzt super kaufkurse.
tee trinken und abwarten.

...... aber sollte sich das bestätigen, was man so hört (Gullewa), dann werden die kurse nach meiner information bei weitem höher werden als sie momentan und auch in der vergangenheit waren.

ATW Gold Corp (TSX-V:  ATW) (the “Company”) (“ATW”) is pleased to announce that further to its news release of April 1, 2010, the Company has received the non-refundable deposit of AUD$212,650 AUD (the “deposit”) from Jinka Minerals Ltd (“Jinka”) as per the Letter of Intent (“LOI”) for the sale consideration of AUD$4,253,000 for the acquisition of the Burnakura Mine Project.

The Company further announces that it has entered into a shares for debt settlement (the "Settlement") with RUC Mining Contractors Pty Ltd. ("RUC").

The Company, prior to the Settlement, owed RUC a total of AUD$2,000,000 (the "Debt") which was due to be paid on June 30, 2010.  The Debt was incurred by the Company's Australian subsidiary in connection with RUC's maintenance services contract for the Burnakura Mine Project and the mill associated with it.

Under the terms of the Settlement, the Company is to pay RUC a total of AUD$1,500,000 and issue to RUC a total of 2,000,000 common shares at a deemed price of !!!AUD$0.25!!! per share.

The payment of AUD$1,500,000 and the issuance of the 2,000,000 common shares is due to occur upon the Company selling its Burnakura Mine Project.

The Settlement is subject to the approval of the TSX-Venture Exchange.

The LOI and the sale of the Burnakura Project therein is conditional upon receipt of any required Australian regulatory approval, the receipt by the Company of any required Canadian approvals (including the approval of the TSX-Venture Exchange, if required), Jinka completing due diligence to its satisfaction, the Company and Jinka agreeing to the list of plant and equipment included in the sale and the execution of a definitive agreement (the “Definitive Agreement”) on or before May 31, 2010.

Die haben immer noch zwei Projekte Burnakura und Gullewa und für Burnakura haben Sie ein Angebot um es zu verkaufen?

Es wird auf den Verkauf gewartet und danach soll Gullewa in Produktion gebracht werden oder wie?

Es sieht schön nach Absturz aus. Bin stark im Minus. Hoffentlich, werde nicht Schuldner :)

As previously reported in the news release of October 26, 2009, the Company, prior to the Settlement, owed Red Kite a total of $1,200,000 USD which was due to be paid on April 28, 2010.

Under the terms of the Settlement, the Company paid Red Kite a total of $800,000 USD.

The terms of the Settlement also called for the parties to execute full and final mutual releases (the “Releases”).  The Releases have been signed.

ATW Completes Sale Of Burnakura Assets For Aud$5,000,000
June 10, 2010

ATW Gold Corp (TSX-V:  ATW) (the “Company”) (“ATW”) is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its Burnakura gold project (the “Burnakura Project”) to Jinka Minerals Ltd., an Australian company, (“Jinka”).

A total of AUD$5,000,000 was paid for the Burnakura Project: a closing payment of AUD$4,253,000 (of which a AUD$212,650 deposit had already been received) and a payment by Jinka of AUD$747,000 to the Department of Mines in Western Australia which payment will result in the return of AUD$747,000 of environmental bond funds to ATW's Australian subsidiary.

The required Australian regulatory approvals have been received.

Concurrent with closing the sale of its Burnakura Project, the Company also settled its outstanding liability of $2,000,000 AUD (the “Debt”) with RUC Cementation Mining Contractors Pty Ltd. (formerly RUC Mining Contractors Pty Ltd.) (“RUC”).  The Settlement was first disclosed in the Company's news release of April 12, 2010

Under the terms of the Settlement (the “Settlement”), the Company paid RUC a total of AUD$1,500,000 and issued to RUC a total of 2,000,000 common shares at a deemed price of AUD$0.25 per share.  The shares were issued on June 1, 2010 and are subject to a four month hold under the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The terms of the Settlement also called for the parties to execute full and final mutual releases (the “Releases”).  The Releases have been signed.

The Company's annual meeting of shareholders (the "AGM") was held today in Vancouver.

Shareholders had been asked by the Company to vote on the following matters:

1.  The optioning of the Company's Gullewa Gold Project in Australia to Mutiny Gold Ltd.
2.  Appointments to the Board of Directors for the coming year.
3.  The Company's stock option plan.
 
At the AGM shareholders approved the option (the "Option") of the Company's Gullewa Gold Project in Australia to Mutiny Gold Ltd. ("Mutiny").  The Option was first announced on July 20, 2010 and the terms are available in the Company's news release of that date.  The Exchange had approved the Option conditional upon shareholder approval.  

The following persons were elected to the Board of Directors: Graham Harris, Brent Butler, Andrew Bowering and Brian Morrison.

The Company's stock option plan was approved.

jetzt muß ich hier erstmal was klarstellen.
ich habe den thread am 26.11.2008 eröffnet, damals
stand atw bei ca. 020€ und war klar unterbewertet.
habe im hoch bei 0,50€ über 150% plus gemacht.
es war damals nun mal die billigste goldaktie.
jetzt haben wir 2010 und das unternehmen hat sich komplett
verändert und ist deutlich richtung süden gefallen.
atw kann man mit damals überhaupt nicht mehr vergleichen.
also unterstellt mir hier kein totalausfall. für mich jedenfalls nicht.
hätte damals auch nie gedacht das atw mal bei 0,04€ stehen wird.

atw ist im moment auch wieder billig und mit etwas geduld kann man
hier auch wieder locker 200% einfahren.
explorer haben es aber im moment nicht einfach.

nimm bitte den "allgemeinen den Frust" hier nicht zu persönlich ;-))
.. mal sehen, ob nicht die Aktionärsversammlung hier evtl. "neue Akzente" setzen kann?

Seit ein paar Tagen geht es hier wieder minimal leicht aufwärts. Vieleicht gibt es ja etwas Hoffnung... :-)

ATW Gold Corp. (ATW: TSX-V), (“ATW” or “the Company”) is pleased to provide an update on the Company’s Gullewa Gold Project in Western Australia.   The Company’s partner, Mutiny Gold Ltd. (“Mutiny” or “Mutiny Gold”) recently completed planning for a RC drill program intended to upgrade the existing resource at the Gullewa Gold project’s Deflector Deposit to measured status.   Drilling is scheduled to begin the first week of October 2010.

Gullewa is located 450 kilometres north of Perth, in the Yalgoo mineral fields of Western Australia.  Gullewa is a 550 sq kilometre property that hosts several gold deposits of various size and grade, the most significant being the Deflector gold-copper deposit, which contains the following resources as disclosed in Table 3.1 to the NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Gullewa Gold-Copper Project dated June 13, 2008 as filed on SEDAR on June 18, 2008:

The Deflector Gold-Copper Deposit at Gullewa contains total resources of 560,000oz Au and 25,000t Cu and has been the subject of a recent preliminary mining study by AMC Consultants Pty Ltd.  The study envisioned an optimal open pit that contained both measured and indicated resources within its shell.  

The drill program will consist of 35 RC holes for a total of approximately 3500 metres and is planned to upgrade indicated resources to measured status.  A drill contract has been negotiated and drilling is expected to commence in the first week of October 2010.   A drill hole location map has been posted on the ATW website.

ATW Gold Corp (ATW: TSX-V), (“ATW” or “the Company”), is pleased to announce that its  subsidiary, ATW Gold Corp Australia Pty Ltd. (“ATW Australia”) has entered into a Farm-In Option Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Eric John Kempton (“Kempton”), whereby ATW Australia can earn up to 100% interest in the Mt. Phillips Gold Prospect (the “Property” or “the Mt. Phillips Prospect”) located in the Gascoyne region, Western Australia.

The Mt. Phillips Prospect at Bassit Bore is located in the Gascoyne region some 850km northeast of Perth, 500km north of ATW’s Gullewa Gold Project and 10km south of ATW’s Cobra Project. The Property area of 300 hectares is covered by a single Exploration license E09/1676 and lies within Gascoyne Resources Limited’s Bassit Bore Gold project.

The Mt. Phillips Prospect immediately abuts Gascoyne Resources’ license E09/1088 where a 15km east west gold copper geochemistry anomaly trends onto the Property. Gascoyne Resources have recently announced rock chip results from a quartz vein system from license E09/1751. Results returned values of up to 7.8g/t gold over a 350m strike length that trends northwest onto the Mt. Phillips Prospect.

Sampling by ATW along this trend has confirmed its prospectivity where two rock chips returned significant results. Two rock samples were taken.  One sample returned 36.97g/t gold and 2.54% copper and the other sample returned 31.65g/t gold and 0.1% copper.

The Property lies over sheared granite that contains multiple quartz veins up to two metres in width. Initial sampling indicates that the veins contain gold and +/- copper minerals malachite and chalcocite. The major shear zone trends 330 degrees.

Terms for the Farm-In Option Agreement, dated November 9, 2010 (the “Commencement Date” are as follows:

Holes 10DRC25 and 26, drilled into the Central Lode also returned significantly stronger intersections than anticipated. The other holes drilled into the Central Lode returned, overall, similar results to previous drilling.

The results are listed in Table 1 for all intersections greater than 0.5g/t Au. They include:

--  10m @ 10.3g/t Au and 0.37% Cu in 10DRC 25; and
--  6m @ 16.0g/t Au and 2.2% Cu in 10DRC36.

As announced in the Company's news release dated July 20, 2010, ATW entered into an agreement with Mutiny, whereby Mutiny can earn a 70% interest in the Gullewa Gold Project in Western Australia, by making exploration expenditures and paying to ATW Gold Corp Australia Pty Ltd, a total of AUD$9,000,000.

Gullewa is located 450 kilometres north of Perth, in the Yalgoo mineral fields of Western Australia. Gullewa is a 550 sq kilometre property that hosts several gold deposits of various size and grade, the most significant being the Deflector gold-copper deposit. which contains a measured and indicated resource of 369,000 ounces at 6.75 grams per tonne (g/t) gold equivalent ("AuEq") and an inferred resource of 400,000 ounces at 7.71 g/t AuEq (gold equivalent ounces, AuEq, are calculated using the ratio: 1% copper = 2.5 g/t gold and a cut-off grade of 1.0 g/t AuEq). Mining infrastructure assets at Gullewa include an 800 tonne per day CIL plant, a licensed tailings disposal facility, a 50-person camp, offices, and workshops.

ATW Gold Corp (ATW: TSX-V), ("ATW" oder das "Unternehmen") freut sich zu berichten, dass Meuterei Gold Ltd (MYG: ASX) ("Mutiny") zusätzliche Ergebnisse von Bohrungen auf der Deflektor

MITTWOCH, 22 Dezember 2010  Meuterei Gold (ASX: MYG) hat eine A $ 5.190.000 Kapitalbeschaffung abgeschlossen, mit dem Unternehmen kürzlich spiking Aktienkurs Gleichsetzung der starken Nachfrage der Anleger.

Anleger, die in der SPP Teil der Kapitalbeschaffung erhalten die Hälfte ihrer Zuweisungen aufgrund der starken Nachfrage.

Die Forderung der SPP Angebotspreis von 0,08 $ getrieben wurde, noch Meuterei-Aktie auf US $ 0,20 während der Angebotsfrist auf der Rückseite einige hochgradige Gold-und Kupfer Treffer in der Gesellschaft Deflektor Projekt versetzt.

Insgesamt brachte die SPP A $ 3.600.000 durch die Ausgabe von knapp 45.000.000 Aktien.

Die anderen 1.600.000 $ wurde durch ein Praktikum, gleichzeitig 0,08 $ Preis.

Meuterei sagte $ 1.500.000 der Kapitalquellen im Januar genutzt werden, um die dritte Tranche der kanadischen aufgeführt ATW Gold Corp (TSX V: ATW) Fonds unter der Gullewa Übernahmevertrag mit $ 1.000.000 auf den Deflektor Machbarkeitsstudie abgeschlossen.

Vorbehaltlich Machbarkeit, Pläne Meuterei Gold, die Produktion mit einem Tagebau bei Deflektor bis Mitte 2012 beginnen, mit den Untertagebau nach zwei Jahren.

Die Amortisationszeit des Tagebaus wird geschätzt, dass acht Monate.

Meuterei auf intendeds Erz an den bestehenden Gullewa Mill Prozess, folgende Änderungen an Kupfer-Gold-Erze zu behandeln.

Der Deflektor Gold-Kupfer-Lagerstätte enthält insgesamt Mittel in, 3,3 Millionen Tonnen bei 5,4 g / t Gold und 0,76% Kupfer für 560.000 Unzen Gold und 25.000 Tonnen Kupfer.

Die gemessenen und angezeigten insgesamt 230.000 Unzen
