Madam Wang, the founder of AXM Shenyang and its general manager since its inception in 1998, has served as Chairperson of the Company's Board since the Company's inception and brings with her over 20 years of management experience, including 7 years of experience in the Chinese pharmaceutical industry. Madam Wang was instrumental in developing and building AXM Pharma's new Shenyang manufacturing facility, completed earlier this year. Madam Wang's extensive experience includes successfully manufacturing, marketing and selling consumer products in Mainland China and elsewhere in Asia. Madam Wang has held several senior positions within Liaoning's Governmental Economic Developmental Association in China. Madam Wang received an EMBA from Peking University and is a Senior Certified Accountant in China.
Chaoying ("Charles") Li, Director
Mr. Li is a registered lawyer and trademark attorney in the Peoples Republic of China where he specializes in foreign investments in China, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture structure and formations and intellectual property and technology law. Since August 2001, he has been a partner at T&C Law Offices in Beijing where his present clients include PCCW, Global Financial Group, AsiaInfo, Huawei, Shineway, Sohu.com, Jieli Press, China NetCom, Zinc Networks, Beyond Multimedia, Harbour Networks, DTVIA and Tsinghua Tongfang. He also completed an internship at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in Ottawa, Canada in 2003. Prior to joining T&C, Mr. Li was a founder and general counsel of Bookoo, Inc., a pioneer in the e-book marketplace and one of the first internet companies in Greater China that extensively emphasized and the management of intellectual property rights. Before the founding of Bookoo, Inc., Mr. Li spent over 4 years working for Cha & Cha, an international law firm specializing in Telecom, internet and joint venture law. He has a Master of Laws from the University of Ottawa and both a Master of Laws and Bachelor of Laws from Peking University, majoring in Intellectual Property Law. He also has a BS in Mathematics from Peking University. Charles has written numerous academic and professional articles that are widely published internationally and in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Elliot M. Maza, J.D., C.P.A., Director, Chairman of Audit Committee Mr. Maza is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intellect Neurosciences, Inc., a development stage biopharmaceutical company. From 2003 to May 2006, Mr. Maza was CFO of Emisphere Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: EMIS), a biopharmaceutical company. During his career, Mr. Maza has held distinguished positions in the areas of finance and law. Mr. Maza serves as a member of the Board of Directors and chairman of the audit committee of Tapestry Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: TPPH). Previously, he was a Partner at Ernst and Young LLP and a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and JP. Morgan Securities. Mr. Maza practiced law at Sullivan and Cromwell LLP. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1985 and his C.P.A. from the State of New Jersey in 1981 and the State of New York in 2003.

Mr. Zhang has extensive international pharma experience, having spent 36 years in the pharma sector, including 15 years as a vice general manager and general manager of Northeastern Pharmaceutical Group, and 21 years as technician, engineer, vice general manager and general manager with the Sixth Pharmaceutical Factory in Northeast China.
