Sum It Up

I'm going to make this as clear as I possibly can.

There are two main reasons that there is no longer an ICO...

1. It's been going around that there are too many cryptos that are trading like shares of a company, meaning people are treating cryptos like investments rather than currencies. GCAC is trying to move away from that and actually generate ACTUAL value to the Citizen Green token.

2. The government has really clamped down on the rules and regulations of an ICO, and are slapping huge fines on companies that decide to do them. GCAC cannot afford to get slapped with these fines.

Yes there's no ICO anymore, and believe me, I flipped out this morning when I realized that the very thing I had been waiting for would no longer happen. I was excited to see GCAC do something like Bankera, where we would all see the company generate money in real time. As the day went on, I did some digging, spoke to fellow investors, and this is what I now understand. The company has to make sure that users are using the token on the Prescriptii & Cannalife app before it can create value. Also, the CG token is STILL going to be traded on the exchange, which means it will STILL be publicly traded.

Instead of taking the easy way out and saying "Oh Sam Lee likes it so it must be good" I'm going to be real honest...


1. GCAC needs to update the awful Cannalife app and make it a whole lot more user friendly.
2. The company needs to get the ball rolling on this CG token promotion.
3. GCAC has got to fix this mess caused by this morning's newsletter and be WAY MORE CLEAR to their investors. I'm just as frustrated as most on this board.

Brad has funding from the PP, and now he needs to use it.

With that being said, the white paper milestone was Q1, and Brad delivered albeit being a few days late.

HERE IS THE TICKER!

Another milestone is 500k users at some point during Q3. THAT is the key milestone, and everyone should have their eyes out for that, because with that milestone / users contributing data to the medical community, the value of the token will go up. Even if the market decides short term that the value of the token is only worth a penny, GCAC has 45 BILLION tokens. That's 450 million in value!, hence Dietmar's target of $3.50 - $5.00 a share by the end of 2018.

Now, how exactly is GCAC going to have 500k users by Q3? I have no idea:( and I really hope that these guys have a plan that they can clearly communicate with us shareholders and SOON. This SP will go down without a clear explanation from the company as to how this milestone will be generated without the ICO.

Plans To Launch Cryptocurrency Trading

George Soros’ investment fund became the third-largest shareholder in Overstock.com, the first major retail company to accept Bitcoin as a payment option.

tZero, the blockchain subsidiary of Overstock.com, has announced the release of a demo version of the highly-anticipated prototype of its security token trading software. This demo video was released today, which demonstrates how security tokens may be traded on the platform.

Overstock’s CEO Patrick Byrne — a longtime advocate for cryptocurrencies and associated blockchain technology — is behind the move. According to Byrne, tZero’s trading platform has been developed to compete with traditional stock exchanges by integrating cryptographically-secured distributed ledgers with existing market processes to reduce settlement time and costs, and increase transparency and efficiency.

Byrne believes that eliminating brokerage fees and commissions to execute a trade, while replacing it with a robust and immutable system that is 80-90% cheaper, is the way forward. He added:

   “Most importantly all kinds of mischief that goes on on Wall Street can’t go on here.”

tZero is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Overstock.com that focuses on the development and commercialization of financial technology, fintech, with blockchain technology. In doing so, tZero hopes to bring greater efficiency and transparency to capital markets.

Timothy Enneking, managing director of Crypto Asset Managment, LP, said Monday that the winter in cryptocurrency markets is "largely over."

Crypto Asset Management, which was founded last year and has roughly $20 million in assets under management, saw its CAMCrypto30 cryptocurrency index fall by 69 percent since its high in January. Enneking sees four reasons for the collapse.

Asset consolidation, regulatory concerns, massive liquidation by the Mt. Gox trustee and startups' selling crypto assets to pay salaries and expenses are all factors in the market's overall decline, he wrote.

"Consolidation after the amazing 2017 increase" drew back some of the funds invested in cryptocurrencies, he said.

Invsestors are also likely wary due to recent regulatory actions. While he did not cite any specific events, the report comes just weeks after the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission subpoenaed startups with initial coin offerings.

It remains unclear what exactly the SEC is looking for, though an official confirmed "dozens" of investigations were underway.

The other two reasons likely had less of an impact, Enneking said.

These factors have mostly been priced into the cryptocurrency market already, which, despite the recent rout, is still up by over 600 percent in the last 15 months, he wrote.

Enneking also noted that bitcoin's share of the overall cryptocurrency market has fallen from 45.7 percent on Dec. 20 to 44.3 percent. This decline in "BTC dominance" has coincided with a decline in correlation between bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, he wrote.

Things to look out for...

1. Note that the 500k users milestone has been updated to Q2! We can therefore expect the months of April, May, & June to be abundant in NRs that will push this company in the direction that we all know it can go.

2. The deck also has a milestone of 60k Canna Med records sometime during Q3. Hearing that each record will be valued anywhere between $200-$300! Do the Math.

3. $30 million cash in hand by the end of Q4. It's been suggested that as GCAC creates value for the Citizen Green token, they will be able to sell a portion of their coins into the market, and use the funds to grow this company even further. (Investment Income)

We can also look for to clarify whether or not shareholders will be receiving a certain cut of tokens from the 4.5 billion that will be airdropped to the GCAC community as some point this year. The notion of receiving tokens just for owning shares can easily provide an incentive for buying and push the SP up considerably before the token starts trading on the exchange. (This is still very speculative).

Bitcoin’s substantial $1,300 price correction since yesterday has led to several new bullish predictions for the coming years, with the latest from investment tycoon Tim Draper, who forecasted a whopping $250,000 by 2022 during a speech April 12.

Speaking at a Blockchain event hosted by his own Draper University in San Mateo, California, the famous Bitcoin bull and venture capitalist told audience members to “believe” the sky-high figures would come true.

“I’m thinking $250,000 a Bitcoin by 2022,” he said, looking into what he described as a “crystal ball”, and continuing:
