VANCOUVER, April 12 /CNW/ - Mr. Chris England, President and CEO of International Arimex Resources Inc., ("Arimex") is pleased to announce Geotech Ltd., of Aurora Ontario, has completed an airborne electromagnetic (EM) and magnetic (Mag) survey of Arimex's Key Lake Uranium Property located in the Athabasca Basin area of Northern Saskatchewan.
The survey consisted of 870 line kilometres which covered the 5 claims optioned by Arimex from Canalaska Ventures Ltd., of Vancouver, B.C. The claims total 14,821 acres or 5,998 hectares, and are in the vicinity of the Key Lake Uranium Mine.
The data has been forwarded for processing, using the latest computer technology and state of the art software. Initial results are expected in the near future.

A budget of $60,000 has been established and would include 25 miles of geophysical ground survey including gravity and radiometric evaluation as well as geological mapping. This program is an initial stage and should results prove promising, a second stage exploration will be proposed, which should include rotary drilling with geophysical logging of the holes in order to establish the presence and character of uranium that is present in the target horizon and to begin to define and calculate a potential uranium reserve. The project will be supervised by consulting geologist Dr. K. Warren Geiger, Ph.D, P.Eng., P.Geo who is an approved person.
