Wenn Advaxis einen Warrant tauscht, oder eine Aktie ausgibt mit einem geringeren Preis als den Ausübungswert der Warrants, wird der gleichwertig nach unten angepasst.

Advaxis hat sehr anlegerfrewundlich gehandelt! Damit meine ich nicht die KE, sondern den RS vor der KE durchzuführen.

As a result of the reverse split, the terms of the warrants issued under the Warrant Agency Agreement dated September 11, 2018 (“Warrants”) changed so that each Warrant now entitles the holder to purchase one-fifteenth of a share of Common Stock for $0.30. Accordingly, to purchase a full share of Common Stock by exercising Warrants, a Warrant holder will have to exercise fifteen Warrants and pay a total exercise price of $4.50.

So sind die rund 14 Mio September 2018 Warrants auf bis fast 1 Mio Aktien zusammengeschrumpft. Nach der KE dann zu einem Ausübungspreis von 4$.

Hätten sie erst die KE durchgezogen geb es jetzt bis fast 1 Mio Aktien zu 0,26$.

Nun eine KE ohne Warrants, find ich gut.

Jetzt nachdem der Kurs abgeschmiert ist ............... ;-)

für die Warrantholder wieder günstiger.
