CKEI: Heating Oil Sales Up In July?

Clickable Enterprises, Inc. (CKEI) has reported significant growth in heating oil revenue since acquiring Allamuchy Transport in late October 2005. Since the acquisition, CKEI has also been updating sales monthly. Going into winter, CKEI is already showing gains in monthly gallons sold, up 89% for the month of July. However, oil prices are lowering, and most of CKEI revenue growth is from acquisition, which has diluted its stock from 75 million shares a year ago to 284 million shares. This acquisition was previously estimated to add $1.6 million in annual revenue. As of now, CKEI has reported trailing twelve month revenue of $5.1 million and TTM net losses of $2.2 million.

Sollte Clickable die Finanzierung durchziehen,
dann könnten am Ende 18 Millionen Dollar in die
Kassen gespült werden. Das ergeben zumindest
meine Berechnungen :-) Wofür braucht CKEI
eine so hohe Summe von 18 Millionen Dollar?

-Wohl für eine größere Übernahme, oder was ;-)

Vor einem Jahr war CLickable mit 75 Millionen Shares
nur rund 2,5 Millionen Dollar an der Börse wert.
Ende des Jahres könnte CKEI rund 520 Millionen
outstanding shares haben... Irre oder? Der Laden wächst
schneller als jede Firma, die ich bisher gekannt habe!!!

wenn dem so ist wie Solarparc es darstellt d.h wir würden demnächst oder in ein paar monaten eine Aktie haben die so oder mit einer übernahme eine potenzial´hat sehen wir vieleicht auch mehr als 1§ ??!!! oder sieht das jemand anders.

bleib locker! kann schon sein das die eins mal kommt und wie hoch der wert dann ist, ist auch viel zu früh um das zu herausfinden. behalte sie dir. sollte was gröberes kommen ist für mich ckei fürs nächste jahr eine wachstumsaktie und kein zocker papier!

Heute wurden wieder über 11 Millionen shares
gehandelt. BEsonders auffällig sind die beiden
Pakete, die 18 Uhr und gegen 19 Uhr verkauft wurden...

Klares Zeichen für die Fortsetzung der Finanzierung!
Die dauert jetzt schon seit Anfang des Jahres! Ich
werde das Gefühl nicht los, dass es sich hierbei um
die Monsterfinanzierung von 18 Millionen Dollar handelt,
von der CKEI im vorletzten Quartalsbericht gesprochen hat!

Ein Unternehmen, das erst seit zwei Jahren existiert und
nur 4 Millionen Dollar wert ist, führt eine solche MEGAfinanzierung
durch? 18 Millionen Dollar!!! Was macht CKEI mit dem Geld?

-Klar! Schulden abbauen und Zukäufe tätigen!

Wenn alles klappt, dann sind wir Anfang nächsten Jahres
schuldenfrei und steuern auf einen Umsatz von 10 - 20 Millionen
Dollar hin, oder? Also echt! Wenn das so weitergeht, dann entsteht
aus der kleinen CKEI noch ein richtig großes Unternehmen!!!

Der Kurs ging zwar seit Jahresbeginn runter, rechnet man
aber die ausgeschütteten Aktien mit ein, dann hat sich an
der Marktkapitalisierung nichts geändert! Im Gegenteil!
CKEI ist sogar teuer geworden ;-) Wir hatten mal irgendwan
nur 75 Millionen shares outstanding. Bei einem Kurs von 0,04
Dollar ergab das eine MK von 3 Millionen Dollar!

Aktuell sind wir wohl leicht über 410 Millionen shares outstanding!
Beim derzeitigen Kurs von 0,008 Dollar ergibt das eine MK von
3,3 Millionen Dollar! Clickable will angeblich rund 520 Millionen
shares outstanding haben, um die 18 Millionen Dollar-Finanzierung
abgeschlossen zu haben! Wenn morgen erneut über 11 Millionen Aktien
gehandelt werden, dann könnte die Finanzierung ziemlich schnell durch
sein und der Kursrückgang sollte endlich gestoppt werden!!!

Immerhin verdoppelt CKEI monatlich den Umsatz! Das Wachstum ist
gigantisch! Davon sollten auch langsam mal die Anleger profitieren, oder?

Hoffen wir mal. Wenn deine Einschätzungen zutreffen, sollte jedem Anleger bewusst sein, dass es sich hier um ein Wachstumswert handelt. Sprich: Akienpackete länger halten!

Habe nochmal recherchiert... Es sollen nicht 18 Millionen, sondern nur 15 Millionen DOllar werden ;-)

We had net losses of $(2,223,302) and $(1,254,402) during the years ended March 31, 2006 and 2005, respectively. As of March 31, 2006, we had a cash balance of $1,001,903 and current liabilities of $1,307,483 with obligations of $511,729 to trade creditors, $629,236 in interest payable and $131,369 in miscellaneous current liabilities, as well as total long-term obligations in the principal amount of $3,246,335 to convertible debenture holders and $85,643 miscellaneous non-current liabilities. As described in Note 6 to the consolidated financial statements, during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2006, we entered into two financing transactions with the holders of the Company’s convertible debentures pursuant to which we sold an aggregate of $1,900,000 of convertible debentures. As described in Note 11 to the consolidated financial statements, on April 4, 2006, we entered into a financial services agreement with an unrelated third party to serve as placement agent for a private placement of up to $15,000,000 of common stock. However, there is no assurance that our efforts to conduct such a private placement will be successful, and we therefore may not presently have sufficient cash or other assets to meet our current liabilities and other cash requirements arising in the next twelve months. In order to meet those obligations, we will need to raise cash from the additional sale of securities or from borrowings. Our independent auditors have added an explanatory paragraph to their audit opinions issued in connection with the fiscal year 2006 and 2005 consolidated financial statements, which states that our ability to continue as a going concern depends upon our ability to resolve liquidity problems, principally by obtaining capital, increasing sales and generating sufficient revenues to become profitable. hallo ich verstehe gar nichts mehr sehe nur das der kurs nach süden zieht mitlerweile ist es mir egal ob 15- oder 18 mio

Der Kurs geht seit Anfang des Jahres runter, weil
wohl CKEI regelmäßig Millionen von Aktien auf den
Markt schmeißt! Diese Finanzierung kostet uns ganz
schön viele Nerven, ist aber wohl notwendig, um CKEI
beim Wachstum weiter zu unterstützen...

CKEI hatte mal nur 75 Millionen Aktien am Markt.
Ende des Jahres werden es wohl über 500 Millionen
Stück sein. Grund: CKEI braucht Geld! Und wie kommt
ein Aktienunternehmen am schnellsten an Geld? -Richtig!
Indem sie Aktien drucken und verkaufen...

Sollte die Finanzierung endlich abgeschlossen sein,
dann sollte wohl auch der Druck auf die Aktie nachlassen!
Der Kurs kennt aufgrund des Drucks der Finanzierung
anscheinend bisher nur eine Richtung: Süden!

Und das, obwohl Clickable monatlich den Umsatz um
über 100% steigern kann! Der Laden boomt wie kein anderer ;-)
Leider spüren die Anleger aber sehr wenig davon, weil
eben immer neue Aktien auf den Markt geschmissen werden...

Fakt bleibt:
1. Clickable sollte mit der Finanzierung hoffentlich in wenigen
Wochen durch sein!

2. Die Heizöl-Wintersaison steht an; CKEI sollte von einer
steigenden Heizölnachfrage profitieren! Vom Biodiesel-Boom ganz zu schweigen!

3. Monatszahlen für August stehen an! Diese sollte CKEI innerhalb
der nächsten Wochen veröffentlichen! Ich rechne erneut mit einem
Umsatzschub von mindestens +140%!

--> Fazit: Sollten irgendwann mal 500 Millionen shares outstanding
sein und der Kurs bei 0,01 Dollar stehen, hätten wir eine Marktkapitalisierung
von schlappen 5 Millionen Dollar! Wenn man bedenkt, dass Clickable vor zwei
Jahren erst 2,5 Millionen Dollar umgesetzt hat, letztes Jahr bereits 5 Millionen
Dollar und in den nächsten Jahren vielleicht 10 bis 20 Millionen Dollar, dann
sollte wohl eine Marktkapitalisierung von 20 Millionen Dollar gerechtfertigt sein, oder?

die Finanzierung abgeschlossen ist.
Vielleicht kriegen wir zwischendurch

aber der Kurs wird wohl weiter gedrückt,
solange wir nicht 500,000,000 shares
outstanding haben, bzw. noch mehr ;-)

Ich guck da erst Ende des Jahres wieder drauf.
Das ist mir jetzt doch zu deprimierend...
Aber irgendwann kommt der Rebound - hoffentlich :-)

Im August diesen Jahres hat Clickable fast soviel umgesetzt, wie im Oktober
letzten Jahres! Muss man sich mal vorstellen: Sommermonat August fast soviel
Umsatz wie im kalten Wintermonat Oktober...
