Solarparc macht doch einfachmal ein Schreiben an die Sec fertig,die Antwort wird für Dich interesseant ausfallen,die Du dann von der Sec bekommst.
Ich habe auch schon 5x die Sec über Shortselling bei bestimmten Aktien informiert !
Es interessiert dort keinen ! Die werden von den meisten Banken und Brokerhäuser still und heimlich geschmiert ! und ab und zu wird mal ein kleiner böser Fall aufgedeckt als Ablenkung ! Die US-Börse ist im OTC-Bereich der größte Betrug aller Zeiten und dazu noch legal ! einfach Irre !

I\'ve had an order to buy another 100,000 at .01 for 15 minutes now. Why wont this fill? Do you think the mm are trying to hold this down to cover as there is a rather large short position in this stock. I have a feeling that they will let this go today and it will run high. We only have 18 days till the end of the year and we will get to see the financials showing a huge increase in revenue and maybe close to a profit.

If SBSH moves out of the way....this stock will go higher very quickly.

I have seen this situation before...Company selling shares like mad. They will eventually pause for a bit finally realizing they can get higher price on the next unloading. The share price will spike in a major hurry. Lookl at ACHI\'s chart for an example. The spikes over the past year represent dilution. You can make money in these situations but be very prudent with entry and exit just as soon as you see the old "mm" get back on the ask heavy. In this situation, that MM is SBSH.
