ABLE LABORATORIES (ABRX) mögliche 100-500 %

Der Generika Hersteller ABRX hat alle Produktionslinien gestoppt ....wegen ungenÜgender Sicherheitskontrolle und die Hälfte seiner Belegschaft entlassen. Daraufhin fiel der Aktienkurs von ca.30 Dollar auf nun gerade 4,4 Dollar.
Jedoch sind sie Schuldenfrei, haben gerade eine neue Produktionsstätte fertiggestellt und eine volle Pipeline. Wenn feststeht wann die Produktion wieder aufgenommen wird, dann wird ABRX auf min.8-10 Dollar kurzfristig steigen...langfristig sind die alten Kurse möglich.
Kurzfristig sind 100%, mittelfristig 200%, langfristig 500% möglich.

....Anschauen kostet nichts .... meiner Meinung nach ist ABRX (Nasdaq) kurz vor einem Runup nach gründlicher und übertriebener Korrektur !

....auch eine Negative......manchmal verstehe ich die Ariva-Gemeinde nicht.....bei unsinnigen bankrotten Pennystocks welche nicht mal das Schreiben wert sind...da wird hunderte Mal gepostet....und bei einem meiner Meinung nach wirklich interresantem Wert (fairerweise muss ich sagen dass bei ABRX ein Totalverlust auch nicht mehr auszuschliessen ist) .... da scheint niemand daran interressiert zu sein......sind hier nur Pennystocks-Zocker am Lesen ..oder ???????

Over 4.5 million shares are short.

The float is around 3 million.

Shorts have to cover this week and next.

They are rapidly approaching a resolution to the problem.

This is as low as it goes. People will panic at the slightest view of the last bottom and begin to cover their shorts.

Before a holiday weekend they might be reckless, but once the bottom forms they ALL have to cover.

Not that many shares around for trade on low volume at a low price. Institutions of this 97.2% institutionally owned company will get their cheap shares from panicy individual investors and drive the price up, which will in turn cause shorters to recognize the bottom and increase the price.

With 4.5 million shares short, once that run begins there's no holding back, particularly on the eve of the inevitable positive news SLATED for the end of quarter 2 in the opening of the new manufacturing plant. 200+ people preparing the new plant to begin, and at 400% production capability will quickly secure orders at pharmacies that need to be filled.

Play the day trade and sell early, but it's VERY RISKY. People will eat these low priced shares up, and you may be tempted to hold off for the day, but do not wait too long. Shorts must cover for the margin call the next 2 weeks. SHORT SQUEEZE in progress beginning at open

......da offensichtlich niemand hier an ABRX interressiert ist...werde ich den Thread aufs Eis legen und nicht mehr posten........bis auf ein Posting...und zwar werde ich an dem Tage euch eine Meldung schicken an dem ABRX entweder pleite ist oder gerade die 20 Dollargrenze überschritten hat.....falls das letztgenannte eintritt werden einige an dem Tage sich vielleicht an meine heutigen Postings erinnnern...zu spät leider

Able Laboratories Inc. (ABRX: news, chart, profile) has received a list of "inspectional observations" from the Food and Drug Administration related to the recent recall of its products and suspension of its manufacturing operations. The company said it will keep working with the agency to try and resolve the regulatory issues but can offer no timetable as to if or when it will do so, nor if or when it will be able to resume operations. Able Labs said it is evaluating all potential strategic options, including filing for bankruptcy.

........mehr posten bevor das Ding oben oder unten steht.....mache aber eine Ausnahme heute .... und zwar bin ich rechtzeitig ausgestiegen.... heute sieht die Lage so aus....entweder ABLE wird durch ein Wunder und eine Menge Hilfe von Aussen am Leben bleiben oder ABLE wird in nicht allzulanger Zukunft Chapter 11 anmelden möglich (unter Gläubigerschutz gestellt)...
Da alles momentan nach der 2.Lösung ausschaut, rate ich allen nicht neueinzusteingen bzw. auszusteigen......das Risiko eines Totalverlustes ist momentan einfach zu hoch...
Für den Fall das ABLE gerettet wird..dann verpassen wir halt den Raketenstart...aber danach bieten sich noch genügend Einsteigsmöglichkeiten um Kohle zu machen.
Gebe zu dass ich mich geirrt habe was ABLE angeht....aber meiner Meinung müsste ein Teil des Managements (CEO und Interim-CEO mindestens) hinter Gitter geschickt werden...ihre Haltung allen Investoren gegenüber war einfach kriminell

....... Finger weg momentan von ABLE ..... Konkurs von Seiten des Managements nicht mehr ausgeschlossen .... deshalb kein Kauf, sondern abwarten und Tee trinken....oder einfacher Aktien kaufen die steigen.....wie zB. Alvarion ALVR - Nasdaq

wird vorbörslich mit 1,5 Dollar gehandelt. Für ein Chapter 11 Unternehmen deutlich zuviel.

Able also said it's reviewing its situation with representatives of "other government agencies" but didn't specify which ones.

Able is a defendant in several shareholder lawsuits.On May 19, Able ceased all manufacturing because of chronic quality-control problems. It later issued a recall for all of its products. The FDA issued a formal recall on May 27.

On July 5, Able cancelled its annual shareholder meeting for the second time since May. Robert Mauro, Able's president and interim chief executive officer, resigned on July 7, the day before the scheduled meeting. Mauro had been president only since May 19, when Dhananjay Wadekar abruptly stepped down as CEO after announcing the company's decision to suspend operations. The suspension came as a result of several recalls.

... von ABLE zu Anfang auch mit 1,95 Dollar gehandelt ..... am Schluss waren es nur noch 1,48 Dollar........erwarte heute ein identisches Szenario ..... Die Profis möchten schliesslich abladen ... bevor es runter geht....kurzzeitige Kurssteigerungen halte ich auch für möglich, aus demselbem Grund........
OK, noch ist ABLE nicht verloren und ein Comeback ist momentan noch nicht auszuschliessen, aber ich bin der Meinung dass Geld zu schade zum Spielen ist....ich bevorzuge Investieren vor Spielen.

...... am Anfang gingen gestern (12.07) die ABLE-Aktien sofort hoch auf ca.1,65 Dollar (10% Steigerung) um gegen Ende des Tages auf ca.1,42 Dollar unter den Vortageskurs zu fallen....da sind Profis am abladen ......
Vorerst die Finger weg ...... nur erfahrene Day-Trader können momentan was dabei gewinnen

Shares of Able Laboratories (ABRX) are moving higher by 18% in early trading after announcing yesterday that the company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in hopes of salvaging the company with a restructuring. The maker of 46 generic versions of name-brand drugs for pain, inflammation, obesity and cardiovascular conditions before voluntarily recalling them in May, listed $59.5M in assets and $9.5M in debts in its filing Monday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court .  ABLE LABORATORIES INC. The company's
bankruptcy filing is intended to assist the company to continue while it works
with the FDA to address inspectional observations, improve the quality of its
systems and controls and, subject to FDA authorization, reintroduce products to
the market.

In conjunction with today's filing, the company filed a variety of "first day
motions." The court filings include requests to retain a Chief Restructuring
Officer and a Director of Restructuring, as well as other professionals to
support the company's reorganization efforts. During the restructuring process,
vendors, suppliers and other providers will be paid under normal terms for goods
and services provided after the filing date.

The company currently is not generating income or revenue, because of its
suspension of manufacturing operations and product recalls.
