Nix "schwarze Null". Nettoverlust Stevioside leider ca. 30% höher, als 2014...(konsolidiert noch bissl mehr)... tippe mal, die 0,20-0,22er Unterstützung wird demnächst getestet. Mal schauen.

Die Feinheiten des Filings werden dann später "gesichtet".

wenn ich deine und meine Umsatzschätzung zusammenrechne und durch 2 Teile, dann hätten wird ungewöhnlich genau den tatsächlichen Umsatz perfekt getroffen!

Können wir mal durchspielen, was das für den Sunwin Aktionär bedeuten würde?
Welcher Preis wird dann für die Sunny Aktie hingeblättert?
1.Aktueller Kurs Preis
2. 1-2 Euro pro Aktie?
3. weniger als der aktuelle Kurs?
4. sicher nicht 1:1 mit ADM Aktien!

Ausserdem ist dann das so sehr hergesehnte Kurspotenzial auch dahin, weil ADM wird sich sicherlich mit einer etwaigen Sunwin Aquisition nicht einfach mal verfünf-, oder verzehnfachen.

In anderen Worten, wenn Sunwin zum jetzigen Preis verkauft wird, und die Anteile dann im entsprechendem Verhältnis in ADM Aktien umgemünzt werden, dann werden die meisten ihren Wunschkurs nie wiedersehen.

Der heutige Kurs zeigt aber, dass dieses Szenario eher unwahrscheinlich ist.

(“CDI”) has been providing various accounting and other corporate management services to us and we are materially dependent upon this firm to assist us in the preparation of our financial statements and reports we file with the Securities and Exchange Commission. If we were to lose the services of CDI, or any similar firm which we may engage in the future, our ability to prepare our financial statements in conformity with U.S. GAAP and to timely file our annual and quarterly reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission would be materially and adversely impacted.  If we are unable to properly and timely file these reports, our common stock would be removed from quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board and we could become subject to an enforcement action by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Das übernimmt sicher CDI, lässt sich dafür dementsprechend vergüten und ist dann noch spät mit den Filings!
