About New World Mobile Holdings Limited New World Mobile Holdings Limited ("NW Mobile", Hong Kong stock code: 862, formerly known as "Asia Logistics Technologies Limited" prior to the completion of the Sales and Purchase Agreement with New World Development Company Limited in July 2004) is a public company listed in The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Group operates its technology-related businesses including mobile Internet services and information technology outsourcing services in Mainland China through New World CyberBase Solutions (BVI) Limited ("NWCS"), the Group's wholly-owned subsidiary acquired from New World CyberBase ("NWCB") in October 2005. The Group also holds 23.6% interest in the CSL New World Mobility Group, the merged entity that integrates leading mobile communications services of CSL and the Group’s former subsidiary - New World PCS Limited, following the completion of the Merger Agreement with Telstra CSL and Telstra in March 2006.
