McGrath Declares Quarterly Dividend

McGrath RentCorp (“McGrath” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: MGRC), a leading business-to-business rental company in North America, today announced the Board of Directors’ declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.495 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The dividend will be payable on July 31, 2026 to all shareholders of record on July 17, 2026. The year 2026 marks 35 consecutive years that McGrath RentCorp has raised its dividend to shareholders.
