('MCC'). Listing of the shares is expected to occur shortly, which will fulfill the remainingcondition to completing the Acquisition of MCC pursuant to the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement ('SPA') entered into by IFEX and the shareholders of MCC on 22 August 2006. Though the listing of the shares is not expected to take longer than a week, IFEX has further extended the date for completing the Acquisition pursuant to the SPA until 30 April 2007.
