Am 26 September kam die News raus, das Ambient bei einem Projekt mit Duke Energy, einem der angesehensten Unternehmen der USA zusammenarbeitet.

PATENTE

Ambient currently has seven patents granted, three allowed and others pending in numerous jurisdictions as part of its Global Patent Management Strategy. The Company’s Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) protect the Company while enhancing Ambient’s position of strength and leadership within the industry.

Ambient Corporation was issued its first patent, US Patent 6,452,482 - Inductive Coupling of a Data Signal to a Power Transmission Cable, by the United States Patent and Trademark Office pertaining to Ambient's couplers, primarily covering inductive coupling of data signals onto overhead and underground power distribution cables in 2002.

Since the issuance of its first, an additional six US Patents (6,646,447 "Identifying One of a Plurality of a Power Transmission Cable," 6,809,633 "Coupling Broadband Modems to Power Lines," 6,844,810 "Arrangement of a Data Coupler for Power Line Communications," 6,897,764 "Inductive Coupling of a Data Signal for a Power Transmission Cable," 6,975,210 "Arrangement of an Inductive Coupler for Power Line Communications" and 7,005,943 "Filter for Segmenting Power Lines for Communications" have been successfully issued. These proprietary patents along with our patents pending enable the highest signal quality BPL network available.
