Norfolk Southern Declares Quarterly Dividend

ATLANTA, Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Norfolk Southern Corporation (NYSE: NSC) announced today a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share on its common stock.

The dividend is payable November 20, 2026, to shareholders of record on November 6, 2026.

The company has paid a dividend on its common stock for 177 consecutive quarters since its formation in 1982.
