Harwood Feffer LLP Announces Investigation of Donaldson Company, Inc.

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2015

On September 28, 2015, the Company disclosed in an SEC filing that it would be unable to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K.  According to the disclosure, two former employees reported that revenue for a project in the Company's European Gas Turbine Products business was improperly recognized in the second quarter of 2015.  An internal investigation has verified this report and identified additional instances of the improper accounting.  Further, the Company disclosed that documents were altered with the intent to inappropriately recognize revenue for certain transactions in periods earlier than would be permissible.    

Our investigation concerns whether the Company board of directors has breached its fiduciary duties to shareholders, grossly mismanaged the Company, and/or committed abuses of control in connection with the foregoing.
