Let our people….Help yours.
Let the Kroger Family of Pharmacies provide flu vaccinations to your employees!
Planning for next year’s flu season is just around the corner. The Kroger Family of Pharmacies is currently scheduling bookings for Workplace Flu Vaccinations.
Why offer flu shots to your employees?
• The CDC recommends a yearly flu vaccine as the first and most important step in protecting against flu viruses.
• Flu costs businesses approximately $10.4 billion* in direct cost for hospitalizations and outpatient visits.
• Flu shots reduce work absenteeism due to upper respiratory illness by 43%**
• Flu shots reduce work absenteeism due to illness by 36% **
• Flu shots reduce physician office visits for upper respiratory illness by 44% **
Who should receive a Flu Shot?
The CDC now recommends an annual flu shot for all people age 6 months and older. So, all employees, dependents and family members should be considered candidates for a flu shot to reduce absenteeism, presenteeism and flu related medical expenses. Contact Kroger at the number below, because, due to legal restrictions, vaccination age limits vary by State.
