werden jetzt die Zeichen der Zeit erkennen und bevor der USD mehr abgewartet wird in Europäische Werte jetzt massiv einsteigen werden eine indirekte fluch aus den Dollar und gleichzeitig eine wert Erhaltung oder besser gesagt Steigerung..

Irland war eine der ersten die in der Krise reingeraten ist... Jetzt sind die Hausaufgaben gemacht und nun gilt aus diese auszubrechen wären anderen noch hinein fallen...
Jetzt stehen langsam aber sicher die erstgefallende wieder auf…
Und BOI gehört dazu… Ist natürlich nur meine meinung..
 

 

 

wenn die ami das schuldenobergrenze lösen dann werde der kurs explodieren richtung 20 cent!

es wird momentan weltweit positiv über BOI geredet! und viele warten bis die usa problem gelöst wird!

ich habe auch  BOI  USA ADR teile gekauft, da dort der kurs schneller steigt! keine schlechte idee oder?

Delisting würde stattfinden bei 75% plus einer Aktie Staatsanteil

ich habe die KE zu 50% mitgemacht, jetzt sind bei mir die neuen Aktien mit der AJ....irgendwas - WKN eingebucht, werden aber mit Wert 0,00 ausgewiesen.
Werden die dann wiederum auf die alte WKN 853701 umgebucht oder wie läuft das?

am 18.07. gezeichnet und schon zweimal nachtelefoniert... (DAB).. soll noch kommen... zu weihnachten? nichts schriftliches, was mich nervös macht.

da der valuta tag 05.August 2011 sein wird werden bis zu diesem Tag ohnehin

Die sind bisher als wertlos im Depot, da sie auch noch nicht handelbar sind,,,
Sobald die Aktien handlebar sind bekommst du von deiner Bank die Einbuchung

Die Endziffer der WKN, bezeichnet die Wertpapiere genau, so dass sie für jeden erkennbar sind. Die  Ziffer 0 steht für Bezugsrechte, die Ziffer 1 für junge Aktien.  Jede Aktie kann anhand der Wertpapierkennnummer identifiziert werden. ....

Später erhalten alte und junge Aktien dann die gleich WKN

das gleiche habe ich bei meinem depot! neue aktien eingebucht aber wert 0 und nicht handelbar!

also mach dir keine sorge.

erst ab montag kriegen die neue aktien einen wert.

 

Wenn wir Morgen von dem jetzigen Niveau starten und das selbe nochmal machen ist der Freitag gerettet ;-)

Montag müsste dann die Aufhebung der Schuldengrenze kommen und dann knallllts im Karton  ;-)

TORONTO, July 28 (Reuters) - Fairfax Financial Holdings (FFH.TO), which took a 9 percent stake in Bank of Ireland (BKIR.I) earlier this week, said on Thursday its quarterly profit rose from a year earlier due mainly to increases in its stock and bond portfolios.

The Toronto-based firm, which deals in property and casualty insurance as well as reinsurance and investment management, earned $83.3 million, or $3.40 a diluted share, in the second quarter ended June 30. That compared with a profit of $23.7 million, or 87 cents a share, a year earlier.

Revenue rose to $1.76 billion from $1.39 billion.

Bank of Ireland said on Wednesday that Fairfax was part of a group of investors making a 1.1 billion euro ($1.58 billion) investment in the bank, which helped to allow the lender avoid nationalization by the Irish government. [ID:nL3E7IR1E5]

Fairfax was founded in 1985 by Prem Watsa, who remains chief executive. He has built a reputation as a shrewd contrarian investor by moves such as betting against the U.S. housing market in the last decade and reaping billions when the market collapsed.

"Despite the challenging insurance industry and investment environment, during the second quarter we recorded good operating results and essentially maintained our common shareholders' equity and book value per share," Watsa said in a release.

Fairfax's debt to capital ratio was 27.1 percent at the end of the quarter, compared with 23.9 percent at Dec. 31.

Its cash position was $2.94 billion, compared with $3.02 billion at Dec. 31, while the book value per share fell 2 percent to $358.60 from Dec. 31.

The company earned $119.6 million in the quarter on its equity related investments and bonds, compared with net losses on investments of $29.3 million a year earlier.

Shares of Fairfax ended down 0.53 percent at C$370.03 on Thursday. The company reported results after the market closed. The shares are down around 10.5 percent year to date.

The company is hosting a conference call on the results on Friday morning.

moin! Heute Morgen wurde mir der Bezug meiner Aktien mitgeteilt. Geld ist auch direkt abgebucht worden.

Wann werden nun genau die Aktien auf den Markt geschmissen? In meinem Depot sind diese zusätzlichen Aktien nämlich noch nicht zu sehen....

US billionaire financier Wilbur Ross, who is taking a stake of more than 9pc in BoI, yesterday toasted the Government's latest success in attracting private money in the "re-privatisation of the bank" on US TV network CNBC.  "I think the Irish Government deserves it," he told the TV station. "They really bit the bullet. They cut the total cost of the civil service by 13pc . . . they also refused to put up the corporate tax rate," he said.  "They really are fixing the economy, unlike what I call the Club Med countries, who are not reforming anything."  BoI's successful recapitalisation drove shares up 8pc yesterday, but analysts warned of a "clear risk" to the share price once bondholders are free to sell their stock on August 12.  Some 84 million BoI shares changed hands on the Dublin exchange yesterday, about 40 times average volumes earlier in the year, as markets digested the news that the State's ownership in the bank would fall from 36pc to just 15pc.  Analysts en masse welcomed the result of BoI's €5.2bn recapitalisation which saw the bank secure just over €1bn from a quintet of buyers including Mr Ross, Canadian insurer Fairfax and US investor Fidelity.  But Goodbody warned it still believed the bank's "fair value" was 8.4c a share, against the 10c price paid by new investors and the 11c shares were trading for yesterday. Other analysts speculated the share price was likely to dip on August 12 when bondholders will be able to sell off the 19pc of the company they got in a debt buyback.  "We see this as a clear risk to share price performance in the short term," NCB's banking analyst Karl Goggin wrote in a note to clients.  - Laura Noonan  Irish Independent
