The ADT Corporation (NYSE:ADT) and McAfee, a subsidiary of Intel Corporation (NASD:INTC), recently announced a collaboration to offer customers digital protection from perceived threats. The partnership will form an interconnected platform for protection of customers’ digital and physical domains from a centralized, easy-to-use portal.
Initially, the tie-up will be introduced in ADT Pulse, a security and automation solution that allows customers to monitor their home or business security from any Web-enabled smartphone, tablet or computer. McAfee LiveSafe service will be combined with ADT Pulse to provide an additional layer of protection to a customer’s home or business. McAfee LiveSafe safeguards consumers’ data, identity and all of their digital devices. Together, the companies will develop products for digital protection. The users will now be safe from remote arming and disarming of their home security systems, even if they misplace or lose their mobile phones.
The two companies aim to raise awareness about new layered security standards and practices that protect consumers’ homes, personal property, digital data and identities. McAfee’s partnership with ADT will help in protecting consumers’ property and information in a much more effective manner. This collaboration is expected to redefine the next generation security standard for the entire world.
Headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla., ADT offers electronic security products along with interactive home and business automation as well as monitoring services for residences and small businesses in the U.S. and Canada.

Revolutionary Concepts Stock Soars 182%, on News of Global License Deal, Forecasts $30 Million in Sales, and Sets New Trading Record of 120 Million Shares Sold
CHARLOTTE, NC--(Marketwired - Feb 13, 2014) - Revolutionary Concepts Inc., (OTCQB: REVO), a publicly traded company that develops online mobile video software and remote security communication systems, announced that shares of its common stock broke all previous trading records and soared more than 182%. A record 120,588,619 shares of its stock traded on Wednesday, February 12, 2014, after REVO reported that it signed a multi-year global licensing agreement with a company for them to commercialize REVO's patented "EyeTalk Communicator System."
The Company forecasts $20 to $30 million in total estimated annual revenues from the residual and ongoing licensing fees and royalties that are projected to be generated from its new global license agreement from the marketing and exploitation of the patents. Of the $20 to $30 million in estimated annual revenues projected to be generated from the marketing and exploitation of the patents, REVO could receive an estimated 40% of the total, or $8 to $12 million annually.
Investors quickly snapped up the stock at an average rate of over 18.55 million shares per hour during the trading day and rapidly bid up REVO's shares to $0.0141 at the close of the trading day for a gain of 182.00% over Tuesday's closing price of $0.005. A total of 120,588,619 shares were traded on Wednesday, which was 7.85 times the average daily trading volume of 15,367,195 of REVO's shares. The 120,588,619 shares traded broke all previous trading barriers and set a new record high in trading volume for a single day in REVO's history.
