Hab gerade ne halbe Stunde für die beiden Postings von Qashmane gebraucht.
Sehr nachvollziehbar erklärt. Positives Gefühl kommt beim lesen sehr stark auf.
Sollten sich alle Neuen hier mal reinziehen.
Wenn das alles so ist wie er annimmt, dann wackelt nicht nur mein Depot, sondern Amerika.
Qash`s Artikel mit Posting Faster von der Präsidentschaftswahl Ende des Jahres ist schon der Hammer. Wird wohl noch ein bisschen Dauern, aber was zur Zeit abgeht, sehe ich als den Versuch, sich mit kleinem Geld rauszuwinden. Das hier ist noch nicht der Anfang vom Ende. Die richtigen Knaller kommen nicht mit Rosens neuem Por, sondern mit der Vernehmung der Hedgies.

ähm, ich weiß nicht ob du es mitbekommen hast, aber da is nix mit hedgie-vernehmung!

normale steuervortröge sind laut den berechnungen von blackstone 20 jahre vortragbar.

bei wmi ist es ein spezialfall, die hatten ursprünglich kapitalverluste, und diese kapitalverluste wurden durch ein "private letter ruling", also ein spezielles verfahren des finanzamtes, der irs in ordinäre nols umgewandelt. ich weiss jetzt nicht, ob es in diesem private letter ruling eine sonderklausel gibt, die die dauer der vorträge beschränkt, mir ist nichts davon bekannt. daher gehe ich davon aus, das die wmi nols aus dem titel die normale vartragsdauer haben.

und dazu hab ich auf die schnellle nur das gefunden:

"Once the acquiring corporation acquired the NOLs, the corporation can apply the NOLs rule either 5 or 2 years carryback( new or old rule) to get the refunds from the past 5 or 2 years from the year that the loss was incurred or 20 years carryforwards to offset future operating profits. "

aber, wie gesagt, bei wmi ists ein spezialfall, es ist zwar niccht wahrscheinlich, aber es könnte da von der irs eine spezielle bestimmung geben.

Jungs, wir sind wieder ein Stück unserm Ziel näher gekommen und !!!! sind immer noch am leben. Glaube es gibt einige Leute welche shr verwundert über diese Situation sind.

Faster hat recht, vileicht sollten wir die nächste Aktion zumindest vorbereiten, um den nächsten POR zum Altpapiersammler zu bringen bzw dabei mitzuhelfen. Und die Wahl könnte ein gute Zeitpunkt sein, allerdings wird Obama in diesem Fall der gute sein und Busch der böse.

Hoffentlich bekommen wir bis dahin noch etwas für die Abfindungs $ nicht dass es dann schon den Tausch von alte $ und neu $ gegeben hat.
