gibt hiermit bekannt, dass eine neue Kernbohrung im Paymaster West Gebiet
in Timmins, Ontario, Kanada erfolgreich eine Goldmineralisierung von hoher
Qualität nahe der Oberfläche durchschnitten hat; so wurden insbesondere
1390,0 Gramm Gold pro Tonne (g/t) auf einer Länge von 0,9 Metern (m), bzw.
40,54 Unzen Gold pro Tonne (oz/t) auf 3,0 Fuß (ft) entdeckt.
VG Gold Corp. hat die Option, 60% der Paymaster West Liegenschaft von
Goldcorp zu erwerben. Das Gebiet befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem
Dome-Bergwerk von Goldcorp, in dem bis heute 17 Mio Unzen Gold abgebaut
wurden.

Diese guten Resultate knüpfen an die Bohrergebnisse zu Beginn des
Bohrprogramms von VG Gold in der Paymaster West Liegenschaft an
(Unternehmensveröffentlichung vom 8. September 2009). In der Anfangsphase
wurden in einem Bohrloch 41,67 g/t Gold auf 1,8 m Länge (bzw. 1,22 oz/t
Gold auf 5,9 ft) entdeckt..
Die Bohrungen im Paymaster Gebiet haben die Präsenz einer weit
ausgedehnten, oberflächennahen Goldmineralisierung im Gestein bestätigt.
Die Goldmineralisierung wird von einer sich abwechselnden
Quartz-/Feldspat-/Prophyr-Gesteinsschicht eingeschlossen, welche allgemein
als eine günstige geologische Umgebung für die großen Goldlagerstätten in
Timmins bekannt ist.
Die Ergebnisse der 6 Bohrlöcher finden Sie in einer Tabelle am Ende dieser
Unternehmensmeldung. Die Bohrlöcher haben eine Goldmineralisierung in dem
Bereich zwischen 150 m und 300 m unter der Oberfläche anvisiert.
Die Goldmineralisierung im Paymaster West Gebiet wird von Abschnitten mit
sich stark abwechselnden, gut mineralisierten
Quartz-/Feldspat-/Prophyr-Gesteinsschichten eingeschlossen. Die sich
abwechselnden Gesteinsschichten basieren auf weit verbreitetes Ankerit-
sowie Serizit-Mineral mit lokalem Turmalin; beide Gesteinsschichten
verlaufen verstreut und in Adern. Ferner findet sich durchgehend eine
Pyrit-Mineralisierung im Gestein, mit einer örtlichen Konzentration von bis
zu 20%. Sichtbares Gold wurde in Bohrloch VGP-09-20 entdeckt.
Aufgrund der bislang erfolgreichen Bohrergebnisse plant VG Gold eine
Ausweitung des derzeit 6000 m umfassenden Bohrprogramms. Die Bohrungen
werden fortgesetzt, um die von Prophyr-Gestein eingeschlossene hochgradige
Mineralisierung zwischen 150 m und 300 m unterhalb der Oberfläche
anzuvisieren. Derzeit werden zwei Kern-Bohrtürme im Paymaster Gebiet
eingesetzt.
HISTORISCHE ARBEITEN IM PAYMASTER GEBIET
Die Paymaster-West Liegenschaft befindet sich im Zentrum des Timmins Gold
Camp (hist. Produktion: 70 Millionen Unzen Gold). Das Gebiet liegt in
unmittelbarer Nähe zu dem bekannten Dome-Bergwerk, in dem bisher 17
Millionen Unzen Gold abgebaut wurden. Die Bergwerke im Timmins Gold Camp
wurden bis in eine Tiefe von mehr als 2000 m ausgebaut und betrieben.
Von 1910-1928 wurden Explorations- und Produktionsarbeiten im Paymaster
West Gebiet bis in eine Tiefe von etwa 245 m durchgeführt. In den 1940er
und 1950er Jahren wurde damals bereits anhand einer Serie von
Kernbohrlöchern erfolgreich eine hohe Goldmineralisierung im Gestein über
weite Abschnitte in der Tiefe entdeckt. Diese Bohrungen fanden in einer
Tiefe von 460 m und 760 m unter der Oberfläche statt und konnten das
außergewöhnliche Explorationspotential des Paymaster West Projektes
nachweisen.

QUALIFIZIERTE PERSON
Alle Explorationsarbeiten wurden unter der Leitung von Herrn Kenneth Guy,
P. Geo. durchgeführt (dieser ist designierte qualifizierte Person für VG
Gold Corp.), welcher diese Unternehmensveröffentlichung überprüft hat. Die
Goldanalyse der gesammelten Proben von VG Gold wurde von ALS Chemex
durchgeführt. Die Goldbestimmung erfolgte im Rahmen einer
Feuer-Metallanalyse mit einer 30-Gramm Probe und
Atomabsorptionsspektrometrie (AAS). Proben mit mehr als 10,0 g/t Gold
werden erneut überprüft mittels gravimetrischer Analyse. Proben welche
sichtbares Gold aufweisen werden im Rahmen der 'total metallic assay
method' untersucht. Eine strenge Qualitätskontrolle sowie eine
Qualitätssicherung (QA/QC) ist vorhanden, bei der freie und standardisierte
Kontrollproben sowie zweifache Überprüfungen angewendet werden. Ferner
werden zweifache Untersuchungen von 10% der Proben im Rahmen einer
Prüfungsanalyse von einem Drittlabor bestätigt.

Previous drilling indicates that the Davidson-Tisdale deposit has potential for additional high grade gold mineralization.
The table below presents previously announced VG Gold drill results that intersected high-grade mineralization in the central part of the resource. These results indicate significant resource potential at Davidson-Tisdale, which remains open to depth. Neighbouring Timmins mines have been developed to depths exceeding 6000 feet.

Gold analysis of samples collected by VG Gold was assayed by Laboratoire Expert in Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec. Analysis consisted of a fire assay of a 30-gram sample with an atomic absorption finish.
Samples assaying over 1.0 gram per tonne Au are re-assayed with gravimetric finish. Samples noted to contain visible gold are analyzed via total metallic assay method. A rigorous Quality Control and Assurance Program (QA/QC) is in place, using control samples such as Blanks and Rocklabs Standards and duplicate checks. In addition, duplicate analyses of 10% of the samples were corroborated by check assays on sample performed by Bourlamaque Laboratory of Val D'Or, Quebec.
