First, Here's the latest Chart:

Again, you can see the large symetrical triangle. A few days ago, we broke out of it to the upside, and it looks as though an immediate retest occurred and held. The breakout was in the 9.15 to 9.15 area. We now trade at 10.
In addition to the breaking above the top resistance line, the RSI has been rising and is still below overbought area. It can stay above that 70 level for quite a while while the stock still rises - just as it did late last year and early this year.
The MACD lines held at 50 and completed a bullish crossover.
Behind the candlesitcks, there are green and pink EMA lines. Exponential Moving averages place more emphasis on recent prices and less on older prices (recent price movements are more in memory than older ones). One is 13 day, the other 34 day. The slower 34 day line remains above the 13 day line - bullish.
Volume has been picking up in recent weeks. This company has been gaining more visibility as news sources such as Barrons and others have run recent articles.
The A/D line and the On Balance Volume line also appears to be turning back up.
Conclusion: This stock which has been in consolidation for 5 months is now breaking out higher. Most indicators appear to suggest it is going higher. THE HEIGHT OF A SYMETRICAL TRIANGLE (12 old high, 5 recent low = height of 7) IS THE TECHNICAL TARGET! This implies 7 points of upside from the breakout point of 9.15 - or a target of 16. If you consider the top of the triangle as being late February, you could have a target over 20. I am going to be conservative and say 16.
There is always the chance for a trhowback, but symmetrical triangles have good follow-through. The average increase of a symetrical triangle that breaks out to the upside is 38%. That implies a figure of 12.5 - or approximately the old high. I believe the old high will represent some resistance, but that we will break through it.
