"Kleinste"  Aktionärin ist dabei Mrs Patricia Anne Allen Greystanes NSW mit 200000....... dann müssten wir  die Möglichkeit der Durchführung eines Sqeeze out  doch mehr beachten.(ist ja machbar wenn >95 % der Aktien gehalten werden).Die Auswirkungen 'vergleichbar' habe ich schon einmal vor Jahren mit der Schmidt Bank (Consors) geniessen dürfen.

Einen Link habe ich nicht,da das ADR Programm in den 70/80 er aufgelegt wurde existieren die T&C (angeblich) nicht in elektronischer Form.

So I would estimate sometime around January 20, 2010.  This will be JPMorgan's deadline, however, the other 3 Depositary Banks may have different deadlines for completing their deliveries.

First war monument inaugurated by President

The first monument to the Bougainville conflict was opened last Friday at Polamato village in the lower tailings area of the now closed Panguna copper mine.

The Bougainville Revolutionary Army was formed at Palomato in early 1988. The village was the home of the Army’s second in command, the late James Singko.

There was also a weapons destruction ceremony, the first since ABG President James Tanis took office in January, with destroyed home-made weapons being placed inside the monument [above].

The weapons destruction was organised by the chief of Polamato integrated community and witnessed by Mr Tanis, the Peace Reconciliations and Weapons Disposal Minister, Robert Hamal Sawa, ABG Government officials, the General of the Mekamui Defence Force, Chris Uma, and a representative of the United Nations on Bougainville.

Mr Tanis said Polamato had demonstrated it just took the heart of the people, not officials from overseas, to disarm and reconcile.

He promised the people that a proper shelter would be built over the monument to mark the first Bougainville crisis weapons memorial.

This is good news for two reasons first, a cancellation of ADR's is most often a precursor for a restructure of a corporation and secondly it is true that if the ADR's are redeeemed for shares there is most likely to be a dramatic increase in demand for a share that is tightly held.

I would predict a restructure of BOC's ownership would be required prior to the mine reopening to ensure a more equitable share of the wealth with all stakeholders.

This may mean a dilution of the current ownership possibly by the issue of more shares.

I say the mine will eventually reopen and all shareholders will benefit to a considerable extent.

Simply put .. if you want 10 million BOC shares and you start putting your big bids in, the share will go mad ... it will be $3 tomorrow & you will have picked up only a fraction.

So they put in large orders that use computerised trading methods to buy in hundreds of small amounts so as to not spook the market.

This is all legal. What isnt legal, is if they then SUPPRESS the share price at the same time. It is illegal to do, but without doubt still occurs. The moment a share price starts to move, big sell orders appear up the queue, heaps of small sell orders come on selling down to the bidder, dousing the fire, dropping the SP back, & allowing the "but-buying to continue.

The big question is: Is this the action of normal sellers, or is it being "controlled"

Time will tell!

I have just returned from home after attending Francis Ona's death feast where there were about 5000 people present. With this feast our reconciliations has started. Yes I was there when the President attended the arms disposal ceremony in Nagovisi near his own village.
