Na klasse, jetzt zeigt er temporär -90% an, die kriegen ja gar nix hin am OTC...
-> Irgendwas passt da nicht ganz.

Der Quartalsbericht muss glaube ich 45 Tage nach dem 30.12.14 veröffentlicht werden, d.h. eigentlich ist der seit Freitag sowas überfällig...

2. Why has the number of shares in my brokerage account decreased?

Our company has gone through a corporate restructuring that included a 1-for-5 reverse split. If you held shares in a brokerage account, the number of shares has been reduced for a factor of 5. If you held shares in certificate form, you can contact our transfer agent to obtain a new Solar3D certificate with the corrected number of shares. If you have held your certificate for a long time, there may be other reverse splits that further reduced the number of shares beyond the factor of 5 described here.

is das neu oder uralt?

gehts bald ab...bei min. 4$ BID und nem 1/5 RS würde das nen jetzigen kurs von mindesten 0,75$ brauchen...bitte berichtigt mich!!  

meinte natürlich 0,8$..da sind die pferde mit mir durchgegangen ^ ^

Welch, neuer CFO,  hat seine Aktienpakete gestern erhalten. Gebt ihm noch vier Wochen bis er die nächste Übernahme einfädelt. Er wird s3d zu gigantischem Wachstum verhelfen, daran glaube ich fest.

In ein paar Monaten werden wir über die aktuellen Kurse nur müde lächeln...

Nelson und Welch machen sich und uns reich... meine Meinung! Ich nutze die Kurse zum Nachkaufen... noch zwei Wochen, dann ist das Februar  Gehalt da...

Das Warten hat sich auch bei plug Power, dang dang, brain Force und albis Leasing gelohnt...

Wenn man die Karriere von Welche überfliegt, dann wurde doch stets diese Firma übernommen, wo er angeheuert hat?

Welch wird seine Aktien und die restlichen gegen Cash bzw Solarworld-Aktien abgeben :)
Ja richtig gelesen: Solarworld wird den Laden für 50 Mille aufkaufen, der Kurs ist ja derzeit eher Bearish.
Und die Solar3d Leute werden ALLE froh zuschlagen, teil einer größeren Familie mit langfrist Zielen zu sein.
Das wäre eine logischer Schachzug, denn im heutigen Marktumfeld von 0% Interbanken-Zins und damit null Interesse der Banken Kredite zu vergeben sind Aktiendeals die letzte Möglichkeit neben Schuldscheinen für 'Wachstum'.

Wir haben im Moment ja eine MK von 50 Mille !
Bei besten Aussichten, da gibt natürlich jeder seine Aktien her bei den jetzigen Kursen ;-)))

Für 50 Mio an solarworld?
Wäre für 250 Mio bereit in 2016... und für 500 in 2017...

Ich geh eh davon aus, dass der Kurs wieder bei 5 Mio Marktkapitalisierung landet, das ist meist typisch für OTC-Zocks, mach dir da keine Illusionen...
Die 3D-Solartechnik ist ja noch nicht komerzialisiert, sondern nur ein Börsenbrief aufmacher...
Solarworld kauft die bude für 10-15 Mille, das wars ;)

Tracy Welch würde wohl kaum CFO einer Firma werden, die nicht sehr bald mindestens 100 Mio Dollar wert ist.

Wenn du hier short bist... dann viel Spaß!  
Zuerst kommt die Übernahme von MD ENERGY, dann das Nasdaq Listing, dann weitere Übernahmen und dann der Produktionspartner für die neue 3D Solarzelle.

Welche Firma sich auch immer einkauft und seien es noch so viele Anteile, sie wird nie die Mehrheit haben. Was macht dich also so sicher das Solarworld diese "Bude" kaufen wird? Ich nehme stark an das du Anteilseigner von Solarworld bist?

btw, apple war auch mal ne "Schrauberbude", man muss nur mit dem richtigen Produkt zur richtigen Zeit auf dem Markt sein.

ist schon wie im i-hub Forum, da liest man auch viel was man "ausblenden" muss - zwischen den Zeilen erfährt man das allermeiste.

Aber die News von heute ist nur "fluff" - zwischen den Zeilen wiederum lässt sich aber auch einiges rauslesen - Wachstum und weitere Aquisen.
Im Grunde nichts neues, aber es gibt ja auch Neuhinzugekommene (Investoren) die informiert sein wollen...

Der Solarpartner zur Kommerzialisierung der Solarzelle muss feststehen und kann nun jederzeit per PR herausgehauen werden !!! Und weitere definitive Ereignisse werden uns noch begleiten:

1. MD Energy Übernahme noch diese Woche fertiggestellt
2. Quartalszahlen im März fällig
3. 2014 Geschäftsjahr im April fällig

= das wird nen Fest...
