Wie war nochmal der genaue Bezug zu unserer Aktie, welcher im Januar 21 nach bereits erfolgtem Rücklauf im Januar 19 erfolgen könnte. Irgendwas mit Anteile der (?) Gesellschafter eines Tochterunternehmens oder so ähnlich? Sorry für die Formulierung. Du hast ja damals im Januar 19 den Kursanstieg damit evtl. begründet..

was steht denn jetzt bei SH als nächstes an, was wichtig ist ....

Am 15.12. ist doch erstmal das hearing.  Am 10.12. kenne ich keinen Termin. Entscheidug wird Ende Januar bekannt gegeben. Oder?

Du meinst den Aufkauf von Manageraktien der Pepco GL Manager ;-)
Ist ein Programm, stammt vom April 2017 und soll dem Management von Pepco Anreiz für einen guten Job geben.
Wie man sieht, klappt es ja mit Töchterchen Pepco ganz hervorragend.
Im Januar 2019 wurde die erste Tranche von der SEAG aufgekauft und ist mittlerweile durch Newco 6 in den Bestand der Retail Holdings SARL übergegangen, die alle anderen bis auf die Manageraktien hält.
Es befinden sich noch weitere Manageraktien, die durch Estera Trust verwaltet werden in diesem Programm und die nächste Tranche wird im Januar 2021 fällig.
Jan. 2019 gab es einen kurzzeitigen Kursanstieg von 2 cent.
Den Zusammenhang mit der Steinhoffaktie kann man sich aus dem Gesellschaftervertrag der Pepco herauslesen, wenn man möchte.
Dieses Programm stellt auch gleichzeitig einen gute. Bewertungsspiegel der Pepco GL dar, da die Berechnung auf Marktkonformen Faktoren beruht.
Hier mal die entsprechende Stelle aus der 2019-er der Retail Holdings SARL:
"Future Commitments
The Company is presently the owner of 97.88 % of the issued shares of Pepco Group Limited ("PGL") (See Note 4). In terms of an agreement dated 28 April 2017, the Company is obliged to acquire (or procure another Group entity to acquire) the remaining shares issued by PGL from certain PGL managers in terms of an employee share incentive scheme. The managers have the right to put their shares to the Company for cash consideration at fair value at certain exit points during the month of January in 2021, 2023 and 2024. As at 30 September 2019, the aggregate consideration to be paid by the Company for the shares is estimated at GBP 28,349,692 (EUR 32,008,323).
The first exit option was exercised in January 2019 for a consideration of GBP 21,629,684 (EUR 24,376,654), and the Company procured Steinhoff Europe AG (its indirect parent) to purchase the first tranche of shares. The commitment to acquire the three remaining tranches remains with the Company, and the next exercise date is in January 2021."

Hast du eine Quelle für den 10.12? Ich kenne nur den 15.12. Da gibt es wohl 2 Termine an diesem Tag mit wo die Gläubiger abstimmen sollen. Das was du meinst ist glaube ich nur die Anmeldung zur Abstimmung. Die muss wahrscheinlich bis zum 10.12 vorliegen. Kann das sein? Hier ein Auszug aus der vorletzten DGAP:

As noted in those announcements, Steinhoff was unable to achieve the required support of 100% of the relevant SEAG creditors under the contingent payment undertaking issued by SIHNV for the benefit of those SEAG creditors (the “SIHNV/SEAG CPU”) for those amendments proposed in the Consent Request that require all SEAG creditor consent. As an update to the 4 November and 6 November 2020 announcements, SIHNV yesterday obtained an order from the English High Court to convene meetings of the Facility A1 SEAG creditors and Facility A2 SEAG creditors to consider and, if thought fit, approve the proposed English law scheme of arrangement (“SIHNV/SEAG CPU Scheme”) seeking the necessary consents to amendments to the SIHNV/SEAG CPU and SEAG intercreditor agreement proposed in the Consent Request that otherwise require the consent of all creditors under the SIHNV/SEAG CPU. The SIHNV/SEAG CPU Scheme will require the approval of a majority in number representing at least 75% by value of the members of each class present (in accordance with provisions for voting in advance, by proxy and attendance at a non-physical meeting).

The SIHNV/SEAG CPU Scheme meetings will take place at 10am (London time) (for the Facility A1 SEAG creditors meeting) and 12pm (London time) (for the Facility A2 SEAG creditors meeting) on 15 December 2020. Details of the meetings are set out in the Explanatory Statement to be provided to the scheme creditors.
