Wenn man ein Aktie als soliden Zock bezeichnen kann dann ist es meiner Meinung nach One Voice Technologies.

ONE VOICE TECHNOLOGIES dürfte sich vom Kursverlauf her zur zweiten Cintel entwickeln. Genau wie Cintel im niedrigen einstelligen Centbereich erste Kontrakte mit Samsung verkündete, und in den nächsten Wochen richtig kletterte, so vermeldete nun gestern auch ONE VOICE einen potentiellen starken Partner, keinen geringeren als Intel.

Das Intel-Produkt ist durchdacht und dürfte aufgrund der Marketing-Möglichkeiten von Intel bestimmt in größeren Stückzahlen hergestellt werden.

Beim Apple iTunes ist das schon möglich, wie die Meldung am 08.03.2006 zeigt. Das Teil soll einfachst zu bedienen sein und so soll auch kein Sprachtraining oder ähnliches vonnöten sein. Das Gerät weiß dann, was man von ihm will.

Von der charttechnischer Seite kann es keine Zweifel geben.

Ein noch nie dagewesenes Handelsaufkommen in Höhe von 37,139,820 Aktien lies den Kurs um 35 % klettern. Das dies erst der Anfang gewesen sein dürfte sieht man deutlich am Chart.

Das ich für meinen Teil hier nicht nur mit einer Spielgeldposition (wie bei anderen Zocks) dabei bin dürfte jedem klar sein. Ich kenne momentan keine andere Aktie mit einem besseren Chance/Risiko-Verhältnis. Mein persönliches kurzfristiges Kursziel liegt bei 10 Cent

So sah der Chart von Cintel aus als die Kooperation mit Samsung bekanntgegeben wurde.

Genau wie ONEV befand sich Cintel im einstelligen Centbereich.

Die Präsentation ist am 15.03.2006 abgeschlossen. In der Pressemitteilung heißt es eindeutig: ... will be used ... Das nimmt den Vertrag mit Intel praktisch vorweg.

Ausserdem wurde keine andere Firma eingeladen. Meiner Meinung nach ist ein Vertrag die logische Folgerung von diesem Showcasing.

Den Bezug zu Cintel finde ich gut, weil ich auch Cintel damals genau beobachtet habe. Die Parallelen sind plausibel erklärt und zutreffend.

One Voice wird meiner Meinung nach in den nächsten Tag stark outperformen. In den USA wie in Deutschland. Es ist besser in den USA zu ordern, wobei bei einem GAP auch Trades in Berlin interessant sein können. Muss jeder selber wissen. Auf jeden Fall ist der Titel mega-aussichtsreich, wie noch nie zuvor. Auf der Kundenliste stehen bereits internationale Großkonzerne wie T-Mobile usw.. Intel ist ja bekanntermaßen ein Global Player, welcher seine Produkte in großen Stückzahlenauflegt. Eine interessante Sache.

Ich würde eine Order in den USA platzieren. Ich steig heute auch nochmal nach, weil der Titel echt interessant ist. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man sich hier im Bord auch noch die nächsten Tage und Wochen über den Titel unterhalten kann.  

Tja, in Berlin ist der Zug leider schon abgefahren. Da hätte man gestern einsteigen müssen.

Ich glaub der Kurs wird sich um 0,04 € einpendeln. Wenn man bedenkt das der schlusskurs in Amerika bei 0,0405 lag, müste der Kurs normalerweise bei uns 0,034 € sein.
Ich werde heute versuchen bei 0,04 € einzusteigen.Mal sehen...

Comdirect kann ich nicht empfehlen, dort kann man nur bis 3 Stellen hinterm Komma handeln, selbst bei Anruf. Diba gibt das gehandelte Geld erst nach zwei Tagen wieder frei, selbst bei Verkauf. Das betrachte ich ein bisschen als Betrug, da verkauft man und kommt zwei Tage nicht an sein Geld. Bin jetzt zu Consors gewechselt, da sind diese beiden Sachen besser.

Guckt euch mal den 1 monats Chart an. Da sieht man 3 starke Sprünge, jetzt bildet sich gerade der 4te. Alle im selben Abstand und immer höher. Habe zwar keine Ahnung von Charttechnik, aber das finde ich auffällig.

Jetzt startet der 1000%ter. Ich bin felsenfest überzeugt, dass der Titel dem CNCN Chart ähneln wird. Bei CNCN war noch nicht einmal die Vertragshöhe, d. h. das Vertragsvolumen bekannt und schon stieg der Titel jeden Tag. Von 4 Cent auf 40 Cent.

Schade das die Nachricht nachbörslich vermeldet wurde. So kann als nächster Börsenplan Berlin profitieren. Erst um 15.30 Uhr können die US-Börsen die Nachricht in die Kurse mit einfliesen lassen.

Schade, dass die Nachricht nicht etwas früher veröffentlicht wurde... Naja..

Ich bin nach wie vor dabei, weil ich der Meinung bin, dass man einen solchen Titel nicht "traden" kann. Trader werden bei 20 oder 30 Cent nicht mehr dabei sein.

Ich denke, mit der Nachricht im Rücken gehören Kurse um die 5 Cent der Vergangenheit an. In 7 Stunden wissen wir mehr.  

Sehr interessant. Wäre sehr schön wenn es hier wieder aufwärts ginge. Allerdings bin ich noch vorsichtig skeptisch, zu oft erlebt man daß selbst erfreulichste Neuigkeiten an der Börse verpuffen (andersrum aber Kurse oft ohne ersichtlichen Grund hochgehen).  

Der Grundstein für einen nachhaltigen Kursaufschwung ist jedenfalls gelegt. Die gestrige Meldung sorgt für große Kursfantasie. Ich bin mir sicher das wir dies in Form von grünen Vorzeichen zu sehen bekommen.

Wie kann ich an der amerikanischen Börse handeln oder kauft ihr nur in Deutschland? Habe ein Diba Konto und die können das nicht.

Habe auch die Dibabank aber auch den S-Broker,damit ich eben an der
Nasdaq ordern kann(bei dem S-Broker geht es problemlos,genau so gut
und schnell wie in Deutschland).Die meisten handeln in den USA,weil
man es bei niedrigen Werten billiger bekommt,und beim Verkauf wird
man die Aktien leichter wieder los,da der Umsatz gigantischer ist,
als in Deutschland.Allerdings kostet die Order ca.25 US $,wenn man
online ordert,tel. kostet die sogar noch ca.5€ mehr.Ich hoffe,dir
einwenig geholfen zu haben.

ITEM 4.02 NON-RELIANCE ON PREVIOUSLY ISSUED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OR A RELATED AUDIT REPORT OR COMPLETED INTERIM REVIEW

Subsequent to the issuance of the financial statements of One Voice Technologies, Inc. (the "Company") for the years ended December 31, 2004 and 2003, on March 31, 2006 management determined that the Company's previous accounting for its common stock purchase warrants issued from 2003 to 2004 did not comply with Emerging Issues Task Force 00-19, ACCOUNTING FOR DERIVATIVE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS INDEXED TO, AND POTENTIALLY SETTLED IN, A COMPANY'S OWN STOCK. As a result, the Company determined that the fair value of the warrants should have been reclassified from additional paid in capital, to a current liability, and that the warrant fair value should have been marked to market as of the balance sheet date with the corresponding non-cash gain or loss reflected in the results of operations. Accordingly, the financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2004 and 2003 have been restated from the amounts previously reported and should no longer be relied upon.

The impact of this restatement will change net income within the various periods covered. This correction in the accounting for its warrants had no impact on the Company's net sales, net cash flows, cash balances or debt covenant compliance.
