At 27-Sep-07 10:53 a.m. I wrote that I am going for STTC again: 1 mio. shares lim 0.007 USD. I was sure it would work. WRONG! Yesterday I gave a new order to my bank for 1 mio STTC and I had to follow the market whole day long: First part of 25'000 at 0.009, second was 80'000 at 0.010, finally third part 895'000 at 0.011.
Only few weeks ago frustrated investors got rid of their STTC shares at 0.006 USD. But the most amazing thing was the reaction of the market yesterday, when I saw the rally caused by my order of 1 mio shares at 09:30 a.m. combined with a good 2007 outlook for STTC. The avalanche pushed the share price up to 0.014 USD.
Once again: Total revenues (x 1'000 USD) are 8'340, 6'213, 514, 344, 66 for the years 07(extrapol.), 06, 05, 04, 03. Net income (x 1'000 USD) is -1'804, -7'334, -3'800, -3'259, -2'355 for the years 07(extrapol.), 06, 05, 04, 03. Make your own graph in Excel and study it. STTC has restructured it's business completely. Your graph shows you what happens to STTC: Financial consolidation is at the horizon. A good thing will take it's while because there is no way to perform magic in business. I estimate a further 11 months period will make it clear. In my opinion the STTC management has done the right thing. STTC is a good example of transforming a too much diversified company to a focused core business company.
I am invested in STTC with 3.5 mio shares now. When I sleep badly, it's because of some other stocks than STTC, believe me. STTC easily could be at USD 0.50 within the next 11 month.
Think about the potential of STTC and make your own conclusion. It's the right time now.
