Knight Frank Standardizes on Siebel eBusiness Applications

Leading Global Property Consultancy Shortens Sales Cycle, Closes Greater Number of Sales Opportunities, and Enhances Customer Satisfaction Throughout Europe With Siebel Sales

(Nasdaq:SEBL - news), the world's leading supplier of eBusiness applications software, today announced that Knight Frank, one of the world's leading property consultancies, has standardized on Siebel eBusiness Applications within its commercial property division.

By deploying Siebel eBusiness Applications across its European commercial property sales organization, Knight Frank is increasing its sales revenue and profitability, while enhancing the quality of service its commercial property customers receive.

Knight Frank is one of the world's largest and most established property consultancies. Knight Frank is deploying Siebel Sales among 580 sales and sales support professionals throughout Europe to create a single and comprehensive company-wide view of its customers to enhance customer service and satisfaction, increase revenues and improve profitability. Each and every Knight Frank sales professional has instant access to a comprehensive view of the services the company has delivered -- or is in the process of delivering -- to customers and prospects throughout Europe.
