Allianz und Simplesurance unterstützen Banking-App Revolut beim Versicherungsangebot
Das Fintech Revolut, das Insurtech Simplesurance und der Versicherer Allianz arbeiten künftig zusammen. Gemeinsam werde über die, nach eigenen Angaben in Europa führende, Mobile Banking-App eine Geräteversicherung auf den Markt gebracht. Weitere Versicherungsangebote sollen demnächst folgen.

Seither werden in 30 Ländern auch Allianz-Produkte auf den Endkunden-Portalen wie Schutzklick.de sowie in mehr als 2.000 Online-Shops angeboten. Im März 2017 stockte der Münchener Versicherungsriese seine Beteiligung weiter auf. In der zweiten Finanzierungsrunde konnte das Startup zudem das japanische E-Commerce-Unternehmen Rakuten als Investor gewinnen. Das Gesamtvolumen der eingesammelten Gelder liegt laut Unternehmensaussagen bei insgesamt 30 Millionen Euro.

Rakuten Inc. got the green light Friday from a government panel to become the nation’s fourth major wireless carrier, granting the e-commerce giant access to a fierce competition for subscribers alongside industry heavyweights who have long dominated the cellular market.
An Internal Affairs and Communications Ministry advisory board approved Rakuten’s application for a 4G mobile license, which the company had submitted in February. Rakuten Ragri to Partner With Tanita’s New Business “TANITA CAFE”

Tokyo, March 8, 2018 – Rakuten Ragri, the agricultural service managed by Rakuten, Inc., will partner with Tanita Corporation to jointly develop original menus and products using vegetables provided by Ragri for Tanita’s “TANITA CAFE” business.

Ragri is an online community-supported agriculture (CSA) service in which individual farmers produce crops on the basis of orders received directly from consumers. The service allows farmers to earn a stable monthly income while also helping address labor shortage issues in the agricultural sector by supporting new agricultural workers. Vegetables supplied through the Ragri CSA are grown primarily by farmers who have acquired the Organic JAS certification and are engaged in specialized cultivation activities such as pesticide-free or reduced-pesticide farming.

The government is set to allocate radio spectrum to Rakuten Inc as the e-commerce company plans to enter the country's mobile phone market with its own wireless network, officials said.
Rakuten is expected to start its service in 2019 in the market.

Rakuten eyes raising around 600 billion yen ($5.6 billion) to build its own wireless network and is planning to locate network bases at utility facilities including those of Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings Inc.

The company is aiming for over 15 million subscribers, including those of its existing low-cost mobile virtual network operator business Rakuten Mobile.

Rakuten is hoping its entry into the mobile carrier market will provide a comprehensive package of e-commerce and mobile communications services, attracting more users by providing enhanced benefits for online shopping.

Die Wahrheit liegt aber aktuell im Kurs und da sehe ich noch keinen Wendepunkt.
Es ist halt offensichtlich so, dass es Wahrheiten jenseits von Kennzahlen gibt.
