Johnson-Crapo Bill 'Delayed Indefinitely'
There's more good news from Capitol Hill this morning. The legislation known as the Johnson-Crapo bill, which would disband the critical institutions Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, has hit another roadblock in the U.S. Senate.
Yesterday, a group of six Democratic Senators indicated that they will not support the Johnson-Crapo bill. This is encouraging news for millions of American homeowners that benefit from the stability that Fannie and Freddie provide to the U.S. economy.
Thank you again for your support of our coalition's effort to preserve Fannie and Freddie. We will continue to keep you updated in the weeks to come. If you'd like more information, please visit www.unitedforhomeownership.com, and be sure to follow us on Facebook and
