I write on behalf of Defendant Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless ("Verizon Wireless") in the above-referenced action. Verizon Wireless respectfully requests pursuant to Section 1.D of Your Honor's Individual Practices in Civil Cases, an extension of Verizon Wireless' deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint until March 4, 2016 in view of the parties' ongoing settlement discussions. The current deadline to respond to the Complaint is February 19, 2016. This is the first request for an extension of the deadline for Defendants to respond to the Complaint. Plaintiff On Track Innovations Ltd. consents to this extension. This extension does not affect any other deadlines.

Klingt in der Google Übersetzung ganz interessant, vor allem die Absichten in China.

sind schon abgedeckt durch Vianet. Einem Kunden wenn auch ohne direkte Partnerschaft. Dieser Markt ist also schon z.T. in OtiHand.
Vianet orderte den Trio kurz nach seiner Einführung Anfang Juni 2014. Im CC zu dem Jahresergebnis erklärte Ofer den neuen Trio zum Erfolgsmodell mit Einsatz in 250000 Verkaufsstellen, also vermutlich mehr als 250000 Reader, in etwas mehr als einem halben Jahr. Warum die Umsätze also so niedrig sind wissen die Geier.

Ja, weiss der Kuckuck wo die Umsätze geblieben sind. Oti Sümpfe von denen wir nie etwas erfahren werden.

Wenn überhaupt irgendwelche Angaben gemacht wurden, lobten die Kunden/Partner immer das sehr gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis der Oti Reader. Sie bieten diese wahrscheinlich zu Kampfpreisen an. Das ist die einzige Erklärung, die ich mir vorstellen kann und bei kleinen Unternehmen durchaus üblich, um Fuß zu fassen. Aber, mit den vielen neuen Vertriebspartnern dürfte sich das bald ändern;-)
