DALLAS, Mar 22, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

NewMarket Technology Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT) announced today that the Company's Latin American wholly owned subsidiary, UniOne Consulting, in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Santiago de Chile, Chile, has signed contracts in the region with Avon Products Inc. (NYSE:AVP), Telefonica SA (NYSE:TEF), Hyperion Solutions Corp. (Nasdaq:HYSL), Brasil Telecom Participacoes S/A. (NYSE:BRP), and the Brazilian airline, TAM S.A. ADS (NYSE:TAM), for over $6 million in revenue. The contracts are for Business Intelligence application development, Systems Integration, and Open Source application development with all revenue to be recognized in fiscal year 2006. This revenue is a significant contribution towards NewMarket's $25 million projected revenue for the Company's Latin American business unit.

Nicht nur Prognosen, sondern echte Verträge mit namhaften Firmen. So langsam dürfte mal der Bann gebrochen sein. Erste Ausschläge des Kurses über 0,37 - das macht doch Hoffnung.
Mit dem ehrgeizigen Ziel von 500 Mio. Umsatz in drei Jahren hat der CEO den Mund mal wieder sehr voll genommen. Das hat zuletzt dem Kurs ziemlich geschadet, dass seine  Prognosen immer wieder über der (durchaus beachtlichen) Realität lagen. Schlechter Stil und psychologisch gesehen dumm.

Brechen wir die $0,36 ,dann haben wir den langfristigen Abwärtstrendkanal verlassen.
Nach Bruch der $0,379 (200MA) dürfte der Kurs für die Zukunft nur noch eine Richtung kennen und zwar die Richtung Norden !!!

NewMarket Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT) today released its 2005 Annual Report on SEC Form 10KSB. The Company posted revenue of $50.1 million in 2005, representing an increase in revenue of 101% over 2004. After allowing for foreign currency adjustments, net income for 2005 was $2.6 million.

Financial Performance Highlights

Operations:

-- Revenue for 2005 increased 101% from 2004 ($50.1m v. $24.98m)

-- Gross profit for 2005 increased 61% from 2004 ($18.6m v. $11.5m)

-- Operating expense percentage decreased (31% of sales in 2005 v. 45% of sales in 2004)

-- Net income before currency translation for 2005 increased 1,788% from 2004 ($2.97m v. $154k)

-- Earnings per share-basic for 2005 was $.028 v .007 for 2004 (300% increase)

-- Earning per share-diluted for 2005 was $.015 v $.004 for 2004 (275% increase)

Balance sheet:

-- Cash position increased 12% over previous quarter ($3.1m v. $2.9m)

-- Account Receivables decreased 25% from previous quarter ($15.1m v. $20.1m)

-- Working capital increased 180% from year-end 2004 ($6.1m v. $2.2m)

-- Stockholder's equity increased 96% from year-end 2004 ($32.8m v. $16.7m)

Cash Flow:

-- Cash flow from operations for 2005 increased 509% from 2004 ($1.6m v $268k)

ist die steigende Differenz zwischen "basic" und "diluted" outstanding shares.
Inzwischen fast das Doppelte.
Number of weighted average common shares outstanding - basic 95,814,972                                                                              
Number of weighted average common shares outstanding -  fully diluted                   182,759,172

Gestiegen von 108 Mio. auf 182 Mio., da wurde wieder mächtig verteilt. Das verwässert natürlich den Wert gewaltig. Leider ist nichts Genaues darüber ausgesagt, inwieweit die "restricted" sind.

Eigentlich war das Gegenteil angekündigt: Man wollte die Verwässerung runterfahren.
Letztlich heißt das, wenn man alle Aktien einbezieht, eine MK von knapp 73 Mio. bei Kurs 0,40. Das wäre m.E. dann auch der derzeitige faire Wert, wenn man mal von den üblichen Übertreibungen in den USA absieht.
Insgesamt sind das natürlich trotzdem für otc echt vernünftige Zahlen.
