Swedish BNPL provider Paynova is about to launch their BNPL solution in Germany in cooperation with German RatePay.

Paynova has signed a deal with Paypal to provide BNPL solutions in Europe and are currently live with
tradera.com (owned by Paypal). my.paynova.com

A European expansion in on the horizon and it seems quite possible that Paypal (or even RatePay) could acquire Paynova.
