Job Summary
Reporting to the VP Sales, the Export Markets Manager will have full P&L responsibility and will be responsible for identifying export markets and segments, identify and assess potential distribution partners, who he/she shall support and supervise in marketing planning, product budget and forecasting planning, including gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, defining the market and product vision in the territory,
You will build strategies for existing products and help to develop new ideas based market and industry experience and interaction with customers. We're looking for high energy, passionate people with exceptional marketing and sales skills with unique blend of business and technical saviness. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience working in a sales position preferably in the rapid testing industry.
Duties & Responsibilities
Define target markets and segments and work on product positioning and pricing strategies
Identify and assess potential distribution partners in target markets and negotiate Distribution Agreements
Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities in these markets
Develop Customer and support them in product and sales training
Ensure all product related regulatory approvals, documents and sales tools are in place for launch
Build product launch plan and thereafter marketing plans with Distribution partners
Support Partner in budgeting and forecasting
Support of global tradeshows and seminars
Work with management stakeholders in contributing towards achievement of Company strategy and business plans
Job Requirements & Attributes
At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or sales preferably in the consumer healthcare industry
Degree in Business or relevant field
In-depth understanding of rapid test technology
Proven success in marketing and sales
In-depth knowledge of marketing and competitive research in Diagnostics industry
Excellent people skills to interact and work with senior management, scientific & technical teams
Fluent in English; other languages can be of advantge
