So sieht es aus! Immerhin verfolgen wir doch alle das selbe Ziel, also ist es doch selbstverständlich das wir gemeinsam so obejektiv wie möglich unsere Recherchen in diesem Thread zusammenfügen um einen möglicht klaren Blick auf die fundamentale Unternehmensbewertung von - in diesem Fall - MMY zu erhalten. In diesem Sinne - wünsche ich uns als Interessen- bzw. Investorengemeinschaft viel Erfolg bei unserem Investment.

Laut folgende Tablle ist Phosphorsäure der Rohstoff, der in Mengapur den größten Ertrag bringt.
Phosphorsäure als Haupt-Ertragsbringer besitzt für Mengapur mit über 50% Gewichtung einen erheblichen Wert und ist aus folgenden Gründen ein großer Vorteil im Vergleich zu Gold und Industriemetallen, wie Kupfer:

...beginnt mit Handelseröffnung in Kanada um 15:30 oder spätestens, bis sie in Frankfurt die Meldung aus Toronto erhalten, dass der Handel wieder fortgesetzt wird. Das schien ja am Freitag dem 02.11. nach der Ankündigung der Handelsaussetzung in Kananda, nicht so recht geklappt zu haben, als sie erst um ca. 19:30 in Frankfurt die Schotten dicht machten.

Und schon wieder gibt es Panik hier im Forum, nur weil "Anonymous", 1 Stunde nach Handelseröffnung in Kanada, sein kleines Depot verscherbelt! Schaut auf den Chart und wartet den Schlusskurs ab, Anonymous hat nun sein Pulver verschossen und das Smart-Money tastet sich langsam mit ersten Käufen an.

(CASB) and Malaco Mining Sdn. Bhd., all incorporated in Malaysia, to acquire 70% of the Mengapur polymetalic project located in Pahang state, Malaysia. The acquisition remains subject to financing, shareholders’ and regulatory approvals. Late Friday, the company also filed a SEDAR a NI 43-101-compliant technical report on the Mengapur project 2. prepared by Snowden Mining Industry Consultants, which includes a description of the study. Finally, the company also announced the Mengapur acquisition shall be closed in conjunction with completion 3. of the previously announced private placement of up to $70 million. Subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange, the private placement will now comprise up to 140 million units (previously announced 156,250,000 units) at a price of Positive Having made our thoughts known to management and via our downgraded rating on the stock following the October 11, 2011, proposed financing for the Mengapur project, we are somewhat pleased to see that management has adjusted the price of the offering from Management stated that the proceeds of the private placement will be used for the acquisition and development of the Mengapur Project and for general working capital. This reasoning we can sympathize with, but clearer communication of this would help allay confusion and promote proper discussion in the future. Broadly speaking, the Mengapur project appears to offer solid metrics and should create value for shareholders. As such, we will reinstate our BUY rating on the stock at current levels based purely on valuations. We will monitor it closely, as we remain unimpressed with the shareholder communication from management in recent month.

...haben irgendwann ein Ende. Denn seit Dienstag, dem 06.12.11, also nach der letzten Meldung von MMY und dessen Handelsstopp, scheint sich "Jemand" strategisch geschickt einzukaufen. So lange das Spiel so weiter geht, bleibt der Kurs auf diesem Niveau. Es ist zu vermuten, dass "Anonymous" nach seinem großzügigen Einstieg, die Kurse steigen sehen möchte. Sollte es so kommen, dann würde er sie auch höchstwahrscheinlich steigen lassen.

PS: Ich denke, dass Monument nicht in Erwägung zieht, Phosphorsäure in Mengapur abzubauen und sich doch als (Edel)-Metallproduzent - Ausnahme Schwefel - treu bleibt. Nicht ohne Grund nennen sie es "das polymetallische Cu-S-Au-Ag-Projekt Mengapur" (www.monumentmining.com/de/news.asp)
