RAZF, Deutsche Bank team

Razorfish (RAZF: news, msgs) is gaining 69 cents, or 12.4 percent, to $6.19,
on news that the New York digital solutions firm has agreed to collaborate with
Germany's Deutsche Bank to provide business-to-business products and
services for online marketplaces. Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
Razorfish said it has developed a Deutsche Bank platform, which will feature an
array of additional service functions with both internal and external capabilities.

New Company to Capitalize on 32 Percent E-Commerce Growth in South Korea**
CHICAGO and SEOUL, South Korea, Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- marchFIRST, Inc. (Nasdaq: MRCH), a leading global
professional services company, today announced it has entered into a joint venture with Samsung Group subsidiary, OpenTide
Corp., a Web agency and e-business consulting firm in Seoul with offices in Korea, Japan, China, Singapore and the U.S.
Through the joint venture, called OpenTide Korea, the two companies will provide a full-range of e-commerce services to
Korea's expanding Internet marketplace, currently sized at $417 million (U.S.) by IDC.
Recognized as one of the most attractive Internet markets in Asia, Korea boasts the second-largest number of Internet users
in the region at approximately 10 million and the fifth-largest mobile market in the world, according to the Korea Internet
Encyclopedia 2000.
IDC predicts Korea's e-commerce marketplace will grow to $876 million by 2001. Of its Internet-savvy population, 56 percent
made purchases over the World Wide Web in 1999, behind only the U.S. and Switzerland at 72 and 64 percents, respectively,
according to IDC.

marchFIRST representatives will govern the joint venture.
