With this machine park, its valuable trained engineers and “Facharbeiter”, its aviation certifications (STCs and DOA), market foothold in the diesel engine market (3.000 engines in the field), both in General Aviation and the UAV Military market, I will wait until Dr. Kübler announces the new investor.
If all goes well, the investor will purchase the entire THIELERT construct, including the AG. Why? Because, of the investors FINANCING opportunity/strategy – for growth! Growth requires financing, either from internally generated funds or from externally raised finances. A “share swap” can be arranged whereby the existing finance of THIELERT is retained. Its shareholders become shareholders in the enlarged new concern and its lenders continue their loans – proposing they agree to it!
This is a cheap and certain way of obtaining finance!
With the new strategy and secure financing THIELERT will tackle the market, in particular be the re-born competition of the established engine manufactures in the world such as:
