1- A/S is 10 billion...This has scared a lot of investors/traders. When Mr. Kennedy acquired the company this was already in place. If you read the past PR’s he is working on amending that with the State of Delaware. He wants to dramatically reduce this because he is paying corporate tax on the a/s. Additionally, the CEO they are negotiating financing deals to reduce debt and take on more projects without dilution to the shareholder base. We all know and seen how fast this moves so this is not really an issue.
2- He stated 8K and 10Q will come out next week.
3- He stated updated news on projects and acquisitions will be released within the next 7-10 days as of yesterday.
4-The o/s is approximately 300 mil and float is approx. 225 mil.
5- New website is being built to show new corporate strategy and current projects
6- Approximately 2 mil in assets vs. $500k market cap…So may be undervalued. There is debt in place like all these type of companies
7- Current Project 3 Well in Texas being re-worked
8- Aggressively looking for new additional well properties
