They had a contractual right to convert at each and every price they converted. I verified and validated each conversion. They have a trailing "lowest closing bid" provision ... sometimes up to 20 days trail .... THEN they got 85% of that. They always send the charts (share prices) to prove their conversions. Then I send that to my attorney, who confirms them.
