well SWVC board, ive had maybe one too many drinks and this is what i have to say about this situation at hand. Any of you who have never played beer pong, PM me for rules and regulations. You will get PREEEEETTY drunk
1. Tom is a great guy that has too good of a reputation to mess up.
2. Dede has too good of a political reputation to keep to mess up.
3. The Joe's know what they are doing when it comes to retail.
d. Hacketts' audit will be done this coming week per Thomas Fiscoe, CPA in charge of Hacketts' audit.
e. SWVC quarter ends the 31, SWVC year ends the 31st. We will see both 10q and 10k by March 30. (although they will both be the same)
6. my breath smells like spicey tuna sushi and heiniken beer and copenhagen chew (good combo, only the best)
7. Although Tom has been too personal by calling me "dude" i still respect the guy TOTALLY for what he has done for SWVC, GSGF, GSHF, SVF, New York's Power Authority. (In March 2006, New York State Governor George E. Pataki appointed Mr. Scozzafava to the Board of Trustees to the New York State Power Authority ("NYPA"). Mr. Scozzafava also sits on the Governance and Audit Committees of NYPA, whose mission is to provide clean, economical and reliable energy while promoting energy efficiency and innovation. NYPA had revenues of over $2.5 billion in 2005.)

9. Tom has a $500,000 CD with GSGF that has yet to be converted, which means that he can have, either 1. Shares to have to be converted to the 50 cent private buyout to add to SWVC, or 2. he can work a deal with KK to take controlling interest in GSGF.
10. How did Tom reduce shares outstanding last time? Personal money, SVF fund, either way, he did it, and can do it again.
11. Hacketts is the longest running retail chain in AMERICA people! think about that for a little bit

11. Now Michael Jacksons "pretty young thing (PYT)" is playing, perfect analogy for SWVC, it is a pretty YOUNG thing. People need to relize that this is less than a year old company. And it sure did look pretty in the beginningg, and you know what, me as well as many other still think SWVC is pretty.
12. Dilution has been used for what? TO PAY OFF DEBT. Common people, get a grip on the dilution. Do you really think Tom is diluting for his personal gain. I think not. read the 8ks and find there is no CORNELL debt left. READ IN DEPTH

14. Is there a reason GSGF is going private. Hmm, I wonder. We (SWVC) are a holding company of, WHAT? private companies.
15. 10k will might not look as good as expected because of spending used for HACKETS and WISEBUYS. but would you rather have a company with nothing and some money that is just standing, or a company that has put their money to use and bought something that will generate money soon? think about it.
16. By June 08, SWVC full year of existence, how many more companies will there be? There are already 2 in less than a 7 month period. Could you ask for more? sure you could, but this is reality, not dream land.
17. how many CEO's only release SIGNIFICANT updates in the OTC? hmmm, not many. Im glad my money is not going to fluff PRs that dont do squat for the company.
18. my favorite number, mayber the number the beers i drank tonight.
19. What CEO in the OTC actually thinks about AMEX or Nas and actually means it? 1. Tom. good luck trying to find another.
20. who has faith in SWVC, not just the longs, but Tom's RELATIVES. who would cheat their brother and sister? i know i wouldnt eve cheat my brother.
21. Cant wait to see Holiday sales from both stores.
22. Why has selling happened? because ignorant people being scared of something that needs to happen, debt reduction.
23. new stores opening in 08? you bet your bottome dollar.
24. it is 3:20 AM where i am, kinda early, or late however you want to look at it.
25. give me a stock that their CEO actually communicates with their investors on how their technology is better than others (Crookeds emails with Tom on GSGF).
