Die US-Pleitebank Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. und ihre Töchter haben zum 30. November über freie Bar-Reserven von 5,6 Mrd. Dollar verfügt. Das ist ein Anstieg um 1,1 Mrd. Dollar im Verlauf des Monats. Hinzu kamen Bar-Reserven, die gewissen Restriktionen unterliegen, im Volumen von rund 13,7 Mrd. Dollar, wie aus bei Gericht eingereichten Unterlagen hervorgeht.

Die ehemalige Investmentbank zahlte an Berater und Manager im November insgesamt 12,8 Mio. Dollar. Damit ist die Gebühren- Summe in diesem Bereich seit 2008 auf inzwischen fast 1,8 Mrd. Dollar gestiegen.
