Kursverdoppelung bei Actua Corporation (vorm. Internet Capital)

bei dem absturz der letzten tage, haben welche aber kalte füße bekommen.

gemeint war, dass der Kurs von Actua an einem Punkt angekommen ist, wo nicht mehr viel Spielraum nach unten ist, um nicht am Ende einstellig zu werden!
Der Wechsel von Internet Cap. zum neuem ist bisher nur auf negative Resonanz gestoßen.

Ich habe gestern meine Anteile verkauft und einen Verlust von fast 5.000€ gemacht! :(

Gut das ich dabei geblieben bin  , hatte auch wackelige Beine , aber halte schon seit Jahren bin Steuerfrei bleibe weiter treu u kaufe nach lg

Wir erwarten eigentlich die Übernahme durch softbank. Demnächst.
Was haltet ihr als softbank Kenner davon? Möglich ? Wir denken dadurch erhält softbank die Mehrheit an Alibaba. Aktuell ist yahoo unter Kurs bewertet. Wäre daher ein Schnäppchen.

denn der Hauptgrund warum ich mir einige wenige Alibabs zugelegt habe - unf nicht, wie aus fundamentalen Gründen gerechfertigt sehr viel mehr - ist, dass aus meiner Sicht Alibaba mit Softbank und Yahoo zu viele nichtchinesicheAktionäre hat.

China würde die Mehrheitsübernahme beim größten Internetunternehmen durch ein japanisches Unternehmen als Provokation ansehen - und Alibaba Knüppel in den 'Weg werfen. Das wäre in den USA nicht anders, wenn chinessiche Aktionäre die Mehrheit an Google anstreben würden.

Das weiß Softbank ganz genau und wird die Finger favon lassen - die werden sich eher vn Anteilen trennen und in andere Internetunternehmen investieren. Denn sie wissen ganz genau, dass Alibaba nur wertvoller wird, wenn die Aktionärsstruktur chinessicher wird.

Wir bzw ich warten jetzt mal bis Mittwoch was sich ergibt. Am Dienstag ist der yahoo Auftritt mit Live Stream zu den Ergebnissen aus 3 Q 2014. Da softbank 35 % an Alibaba hält und yahoo noch 16%. Würde das die Mehrheit ergeben. Aktuell sind die direkten yahoo Beteiligungen mehr wert als der Kurs ausweist. Allein Alibaba ist 33 Milliarden Wert. Aktuell liegen wir bei einem yahoo Wert von rund 38 Milliarden USD. Gut warten wir noch etwas...
